I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. The hotel is really big and beautiful. The rooms were a great size. The hotel was clean but the desk had a sticky stain, in the shower there was a hair band and a black hair on the round pillow. Other than that, the room was great. On the site it says English spoken at front desk... Not true, i was always put in the too hard basket because they didn't know how to deal. Location was good, Liuxing Street was not far, stores everywhere as well as food. I liked that you could do laundry but there was hardly any detergent and the laundry was dirty. Breakfast was ok, they could do better really. The room stated mountain view... We got no view and we stayed like 5 nights so disappointed in that. Apart from that I would prob stay again as I thought the price was good.
