No. 2 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Yining City"Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing."

"I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! A special thank you to Zilai from the front desk who proactively upgraded my room for free when I checked in and even included a complimentary breakfast. That was incredibly thoughtful! The upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. All the facilities are smart-controlled; 'Xiaodu' (the smart assistant) handles the curtains, lights, and TV, giving it a very high-tech feel. The electric toilet and sensor lights were also very responsive. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a very restful night's sleep."

Номер большой и просторный: две отдельные спальни и большая гостиная с диваном — очень удобно для семьи. Душ и туалет раздельные, всё чисто и аккуратно. Ежедневно проводилась уборка, регулярно меняли полотенца и пополняли шампунь и гель для душа.
Отдельно хочу отметить очень внимательное и доброжелательное отношение хозяев и администрации — всегда готовы помочь. Есть возможность постирать вещи, а для сушки нам по просьбе предоставили отдельную вешалку, что было очень удобно 👍 Также нам бесплатно дали переходник для розетки, так как у нас была вилка другого типа — это было очень приятно 👍
Отель расположен в тихом спокойном районе, не прямо у трассы, поэтому отдыхать комфортно и тихо, но при этом местоположение очень удобное.
В целом нам всё очень понравилось. Если снова приедем в Кульджу — обязательно остановимся здесь ещё раз. Очень уютный и приятный отель!"

"This was a wonderful stay, from beginning to end.
The welcome we received at the desk made us feel at home, and the women there did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and to help us with the small problems we had with our trip. I can't say enough about the staff.
The room was great, and the breakfast had all we could want, including some options for western tastes.
The location is great, 15 minutes from the six star area, and street food everywhere we look.
We were also allowed an extra two hours to wait for our flight.
All in all a great choice.

Eles me deram um café de coco gratuito que era delicioso!A sala de compartilhamento feminina era limpa e moderna, com UMA cama confortável com um pátio. Há uma cozinha pequena partilhada com frigorífico/congelador, distribuidor de água quente e coisas para cozinhar e comer (mesmo que eu não cozinhei lá). As toalhas de casas de banho compartilhadas tinham algumas toalhas e algumas estações de chuveiro - um lado para mim era as toalhas são todas toalhas de esqui e não havia papel higiénico quando estava lá, então eu tive de trazer a minha própria (talvez não a vi, não perguntei).
