"不知道是業主的問題還是怎樣總體感覺這家在服務上還是比較“省”的。首先入住時因為是攜程訂的沒有早餐，問了下前台要自己花49買他們也不好送（這點也理解）。房間就是中規中矩的桔子模板，這家為了省成本是沒有小吧枱的，茶杯和茶包是集成在電視牆上的。另外，房卡不給卡套衹有兩張卡蠻容易掉的，這是不是也不用這麼省。。。
最後提醒下雙床是臨街的，雖然房間裏街上噪音也不明顯 但 伊寧機場降落的飛機會在正頭頂飛過，對聲音敏感的可能會不友好。酒店大門在街背面，進去的路比較窄，另外建議不要走漢庭那邊。從酒店去六星街還算近步行十分鐘以內，要過次馬路從工人巷進。酒店對面上海城商業還算比較多外賣挺方便的。最後的最後，冬天不衹是伊寧整個新疆旅遊業相比都挺冷清的（阿勒泰不算），尤其是六星街這種商業景點。不要像我們一樣早上十點十一點跑到六星街發現街上一個人都沒有店鋪也沒開門，問了本地人説冬天要下午才熱鬧一點，相反，夏天的六星街能熱鬧到凌晨四點。總體上個人體驗酒店沒有大毛病，符合華住這個價位上的“中庸”。當然這個價格也不多説什麼了，算上伊犁消費券一晚平均164.38。

hotel staff was not very polite over the phone. this hotel requires a deposit while check in and do not return it if you forgot to ask. process of room check out is delayed."

"The room seemed newly renovated and quite new. Since we couldn't book a family room, we booked a family room instead, but the layout was bizarre: one double bed and two single beds facing each other, separated by a TV cabinet. The two single beds were sideways to the door, and the air conditioner vent was directly above the bed closest to the door, with condensation dripping onto the bed just 1cm away. The bathroom was tiny; the sink faced the double bed without a door, and the toilet and shower had glass doors that let in light, disturbing those sleeping. Breakfast was at a nearby milk tea shop, 20 yuan per person, served with a voucher. Although it was buffet style, the selection was limited, and restocking was slow; dishes were quickly devoured. We were full, but there was very little oil or flavor. Service was practically nonexistent. The receptionists didn't even look up at guests during check-in, and when asked questions, they were unresponsive and became impatient. While all the other hotels we visited offered free drinking water, this one wouldn't give us an extra bottle, forcing us to get water from the water dispenser in the hallway – completely unacceptable for a room costing over 600 yuan!"

"This was the best value guesthouse I stayed at during my trip to Xinjiang. The owner was incredibly kind; I arrived at 10 am (too early for Xinjiang), and he patiently let me check in immediately, resolving any issues promptly. The room was very comfortable and clean. First of all, there was no need for a kettle, as each room had an instant hot water dispenser – truly hygienic. They even provided conditioner and body lotion. It was definitely worth it!! The location was also fantastic, right next to Liuxing Street, with convenient parking. The area is full of delicious food. The owner's cat 🐱 was also super cute ớ ₃ờ.
Off-season in Xinjiang offers unbeatable value!!!"

In our 伊利 part of our trip, we chose this Homestay based on good reviews. The owners are friendly and helpful during our stay.
The room is clean and is within walking distance to the famous 六星街 which has a lot of food and shops to visit. We can also walk to the bus terminal which we took to go to the 那拉提草原.
Highly recommended for visitors to 伊宁。

As vantagens de Ser Villa estão no serviço incrível, localização conveniente na cidade de Kizanqi, perto de muitas áreas populares, e atmosfera maravilhosa. Pedimos especificamente um espaço mais pequeno - a nossa família de quatro (2 adultos, 2 crianças - 8 anos e 12 anos) estavam bastante confortáveis com três grandes matras em um dais elevado - embora nos ofereciam uma actualização, preferimos um espaço mais pequeno.
O Tempo e a sensação de Casa do pequeno quintal são Muito bons para você fazer um pequeno pequeno-almoço.O Chefe Momo é um recurso incrivelmente útil e generoso, apesar de barreiras linguísticas. O serviço de lavandaria era tão necessário para nós e as minhas crianças gostavam de receber o 1 RMB de gelo/popsicles.
Entre os muitos lugares que ficámos, Ser Villa era um dos mais memoráveis e relaxados. Momo estava tão acomodando as nossas necessidades - refrigeração de medicamentos, ajudando-nos a ordenar comida e transporte e viver no CCG, o Shataaf no banheiro foi uma surpresa bem-vinda.Minha filha e Filho disseram que era uma TEN e não são fáciles de satisfazer.

I didn't get her name but she gave us a fantastic breakfast, and even gave us fresh milk that was prepared just that morning (it was delicious!!!). The standout experience from Yili Blue Lane B&B was the musician / instrument maker that is at the front of the property; he played us music that was so beautiful it made us emotional. Apparently, the owner of this B&B has decided to give him a place ever since his place was gone! Truly, a special place even though the rooms are certainly historic. As long as you don't expect brand new hotel amenities, you will be very happy with your stay.

We were stuck in traffic all the way from Sayim Lake to Yining City until almost midnight. We dropped off our luggage at the hotel and were starving, so the owner contacted us about a restaurant that was still open, allowing us to have a comfortable meal. It was almost 2 a.m. when we got back, and the owner was sitting alone in the courtyard waiting for us, which was a bit embarrassing. Breakfast was served separately, with porridge, which was quite enjoyable. This morning, we discovered the courtyard was filled with flowers and plants, a small Border Collie, and a pond full of fish. The kids were so happy they played until midnight before checking out. 😂😂😂

The washing machine and dryer are very useful and efficient. The front desk receptionist named 'xiao mai' is extremely helpful and always smile generously. My family had a relaxing 3-nights stay in this hotel after tiring and sickly tour. A good place away from the noise to relax and chill.

A conexão Wi-Fi no quarto foi subpar, e a temperatura da água também era errada, com a água muito quente ou muito fria. O pessoal poderia ter uma atitude melhor - quase não recebeu o depósito inicial de segurança e o pessoal não nos lembrou dele e parecia rude quando o perguntámos.
Apesar de ser anunciado como perto da Rua Liuxing, a rua está a Cerca de 15 minutos a pé do hotel.
O pequeno-almoço está no restaurante, perto do hotel, e é um conjunto que é também patrocinado por muitos locais, embora o alimento não seja tão refrescante para os estrangeiros.

UUsuário convidadoThe accommodation is beautiful and in a nice Uyghur neighbourhood, Kazanqi area. The buildings are pretty and traditional Uyghur style, with open courtyards. It is maybe half an hour walk away from the Kazanqi tourist main area with the shops, and the large bazaar. There are some shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. It feels like you're staying in a more quaint, traditional town area, although there are horse drawn carts taking tourists around for a traditional Uyghur experience. The hotel is on the corner of an intersection. My room was not part of the main building where reception was, but was around the corner across a laneway. It is a very spacious and nice room with windows and a lock on the door, and a separate bathroom that was shared, and was modern. I only stayed for one night. The lady at reception was very kind and although she didn't speak much English we managed with gestured and translate apps. She gave me tea while I waited to check in and there was free fruit. I had issues paying my taxi driver and she kindly helped me pay and I paid her back. I asked about whether the accommodation served breakfast since I read something in previous reviews about people eating breakfast here but she said there was not. There was a kitchen in the main reception area with dishes that I was able to use. There was also a washing machine which the host helped me to use and she kindly helped me by hanging my clothes as I took a while to return to the washing machine. I would definitely stay here again.
