A sala é Grande o suficiente para mudar a minha mala de UMA mala quebrada para UMA nova.Gosto de ter basquetes de bambu para me levar para a mala.É Muito bom ter sauna, um mala de interior, um mala de exterior e um mala de frio. Fiquei feliz por ter um gelado depois do ursinho e posso ter um pequeno bolo de branqueamento gratuito.

O hotel aqui TEM espaçosos quartos com futons japoneses para dormir.As quartos são limpos e o Pessoal do Frente de escritório fornece boas explicações.O arranjo aqui é muito grande e TEM muitas piscinas.O Salão fornece serviços limpos duas vezes por dia. Na noite, há vinho, cerveja e snacks ilimitados.O pequeno-almoço é bom, com UMA ampla seleção e delicioso. Se EU tiver a chance, EU vou certamente voltar para ficar aqui novamente. Eu gostaria de recomendar este hotel.

I am so glad I chose Komatsu-kan during my stay in Matsushima. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. When I told him I am a vegetarian, he kindly informed the kitchen to exclude animal flesh and seafood from my meal. (Usually, hotels ignored my food request, or they just gave me tofu and pickles for my meal.) The next morning, I was so surprised to see my breakfast. I loved the fresh salad, steamed vegetables, over-easy eggs, chawan-mushi, and the pickles even tasted better than before. Then the room surprised me with the pine tree and the beautiful sea view. The next morning I woke up at 4:45 to see the sunrise. Just from my room, I could see the sun slowly rising from the other side of the sea. Stunning! I really enjoyed the little Me time here. Actually, this hotel is well-maintained, and that helps raise the value of it. I also love the fresh little flowers right next to the washing basin. And the people working here are quite ya-sa-shi. They are kind and gentle. Generally speaking, this is a nice place worth staying and relaxing in.

Unexpectedly grand hotel, especially when you first walk in the front entrance. Very traditional hotel with great service, remember to book your free transport to and from the Sendai train station. The hot spring experience is as expected - comfortable, cozy, clean and relaxing. Highly recommended. The included Dinner and breakfast buffets are great and aside from the typical western food, it served up some local delicacies which were really nice and authentic. Highly recommended place for anyone looking at a day or two to unwind and relax.

I had a pleasant stay with my friends for 7 days. The price was so good that we decided to have our own room for each of us. The size is decent, I could wide open my large luggage without any trouble walking around the room. The location is not bad, like 10mins walk from the JR Sendai Station, and quite close to the most popular restaurants in Sendai.

It is an all inclusive hotel in the Akiu area. Buffet dinner and breakfast were just superb. There are two public onsen that can be used freely. Shuttle bus can be arranged to/from Sendai station if you don’t drive.

房間環境舒適，職員態度頗有善，盡量提供到有限的服務給我們。 食物方便頗好，有提供飯飲品等類型供我們選擇。早餐亦有多款食物，可以嘗試得到地道的美食，也有不同的飲品類型供顧客自行選擇。侍應也有跟客人保持距離令我們沒有太大的壓迫感，侍應亦有詢問我們食物各方面質素等如何，感到有親切的服務態度。 但認為關於溫泉部份不太好，因女湯那邊基本上沒有隱私，任何人只要打開門都可以看得到，希望可以改善這部份，而且起碼做出間隔令人方便可以換衣服

Os funcionários do hotel são amigáveis, educados e entusiasmados para prestar ajuda. O jantar é Muito Muito vendido, e o pequeno-almoço de auto-ajuda é Muito escolhido. As instalações do quarto estão completamente limpas e secas separadas. O calor é confortável, MAS Precisa andar por Mais de quarenta escadas quando você VAI para o Vento exterior. A única deficiência NOS Estados Unidos é que o banco não Pode ser desligado. Depois de ligar para o Pessoal, ele não Pode ajudar imediatamente, MAS Pode ser reparado imediatamente , e finalmente Precisa USAR o banco de outro quarto.

5〜6回利用してますが、いつ行っても清潔感あり、接客がいい。言葉遣いが丁寧かつ、お客様側を絶対に不快な思いさせない話し方が徹底されていて安心できる。 今回初めてたまにはだれにも干渉されないでゆっくり温泉旅したかったので素泊まりにしました。(前回まで親友と二人で朝食夕食つきプラン) こういう泊まり方もリーズナブルで接客に安心感ありますので今後も秋保温泉では他の旅館には行かず蘭亭にします。 還暦を迎え、あと何回行けるかわかりませんが、、。 本当にありがとうございました。
