Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with "tattoo sleeves" or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel.
Very polite staff and good behavior.
Rooms and bathrooms are clean are neat.
Excellent breakfast.

The hotel staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The room is also very comfortable, very close to the station, and there are three convenience stores behind the hotel

酒店位置很好，就在仙台jr站附近，周邊都是商圈，有很大的loft，parco，坐loop bus周遊景點也很方便。就是房間太小了，開箱子有點困難，前晚住的花園酒店房間超級大，心裏有點落差了哈，然後設施有點舊，不過畢竟便宜，一晚500的價格，屬於性價比不錯的了！

這是一個歐式風格的酒店，房間裏的設施和傢俱都是英國風格，包括電梯都是古老的設計。地理位置優越，走幾步就是仙台站，周圍繁華的很，吃飯購物都十分方便。早餐很豐盛，還有當地特產烤牛舌。
