Altos de Colorado is a brand new luxuriously appointed estate located on the sand in the guard-gated golf course community of Hacienda Iguana, just west of Tola, Nicaragua. Altos de Colorado boasts 8000 square feet of living space on over a third acre of beachfront property. This luxury estate has 5 bedrooms (2 Master) and 5 1/2 baths and has one of the largest private pools on the beach in all of Hacienda Iguana.
