Excelente localização, funcionários simpáticos, você mesmo pode entregar a chave do quarto em três mesas separadas com um computador. Mas não gostei muito de duas coisas - a falta de cofre (talvez não tenha conseguido encontrar) e o segundo ponto negativo é o escoamento lento da água do banheiro e apenas um buraco no banheiro no local onde deveria ser uma coisa tão cromada para controlar o enchimento de água (isso é muito desagradável) número 1018. Fora isso, tudo que eu gostei muito. Ótimo café da manhã.

Villa Kadriorg is a budget friendly hostel/hotel that is on a direct bus route to the old town. If not for major upgrade works to the tram network then I believe it would also be on the tram line. I found my room comfy enough, if a little warm. It was a very warm few days in Tallinn though. Sadly, my room was right above a bar playing music until past 10pm. If you needed an early night to catch transport then that might be a problem. There's free WiFi and a small shared kitchen. The shared showers were a little grubby, but I suspect that is to be expected. There was also a bit of noise from some of the younger guests after 10. Sounds like I had a miserable stay but that is not so. Just be aware that the price will attract youngsters. I'd say that Villa Kadriorg is good value for money and a fine place to rest a weary head after a long day walking around beautiful Tallinn.

Great location, close to town, new and clean room with lots of space, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Friendly check-in staff and modern lobby. Would def recommend!

這是我這一次歐洲行租的最貴的房子，四星級，應該説基本達到標準，房間很乾凈，設備基本齊全，臨近老城，對面就是塔林電影院。前台服務很周到，很熱情，早餐也不錯。衞生間挺大，乾濕分離，但房間偏小，如果能夠達到20平米到25平米那就ok了。

Localização estratégica, a poucos passos da Cidade Velha, do Terminal de Balsas e do principal centro comercial (em frente, na rua, há uma loja H&M e um supermercado no prédio ao lado). Restaurante com opções de comida muçulmana também a uma curta distância a pé. Quartos espaçosos e com decoração moderna.

A localização é conveniente, há um supermercado próximo, o ambiente é tranquilo, há atrações próximas para passeios turísticos convenientes e também há um mercado de Natal nas proximidades durante a temporada de Natal, o que é muito bonito. Prezados senhores, Infelizmente, a chegada a este hotel no domingo não saiu como planejado, reservamos um quarto para 2 adultos + nosso filho de 12 anos, no entanto, o hotel nos deu um quarto sem nenhuma cama de criança, apenas 2 camas de solteiro e quando perguntado sobre uma cama de criança adicional, o hotel disse que não era permitido para um quarto tão pequeno, então este quarto não era viável de forma alguma, como poderíamos acomodar aquele quarto???? Felizmente, após uma longa discussão de 45 minutos, fomos atualizados para um quarto deluxe com cama de criança, mas fomos forçados a pagar uma taxa adicional de EUR 122,-!!!! Por favor, informe se você pode nos reembolsar o mesmo valor que foi reservado corretamente?? Obrigado antecipadamente, Brgds, Petri kalkkinen

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

一人部屋で予約したが、二人部屋にしてくれていた。とてもお部屋が清潔だった。チェックインの機械の一番右側のがエラーが続いていたので多分壊れてた。別の機械ですればチェックインできた。チェックインで手間取っても、機械の前にトイレがあるので安心。
