Nice breakfast, convenient location very close to the attractions. But no parking inside the hotel, we need to find ourselves and a public parking Regina Maria needs 10 min walk from the hotel. Our room on the 2nd floor requires us to take the luggage by stairs, no lift. And also air con is not cold enough, quite hot and stuffy in the room.

O cazare destul de bună , cameră foarte călduroasă patul confortabil și micul dejun destul de bun . Aceleași chestii în fiecare dimineață dar puteai să alternezi . Destul de central de piață sfatului , cam 20 min de mers pe jos , iar parcarea pt mașina era asigurata . Recomand cu drag această pensiune . M am simțit f bine .

Room was fantastic! Modern super clean bathroom, nice shower. Daily Nespresso Coffee Capsules. Big Balcony. Super comfortable bed and pillow. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic. Walking distance to the park, as well as to the city center. Friendly staff, that helped me to book Castle Tours last minute. I recommend the hike up to the Brasov Sign - beautiful sights overlooking the city.

Hotel limpio, bien situado y muy acogedor. Nos guardaron la maletas cuando no hizo falta, el desayuno tiene mucha variedad y muy completo. Esta al lado de la zona centro y a 5 minutos en taxi de la estación de tren.

din păcate am luat o cameră la etajul 3… acolo scârțâie și mobila nu doar parchetul.. televizor din cameră era nefuncțional iar lângă el era un păianjen cu mai mulți ani de cazare decât mine. reglajul apei de la duș merge ok( am văzut recenzii proaste despre el dar eu nu am avut probleme cu el). overall e ok dar dacă dorești o camera unde nu scârțâie și sufletul din tine mergi pe etajul 2 sau 1

Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotel!Personalul s-a remarcat prin amabilitate, promptitudine și atenția la detalii, ceea ce ne-a făcut să ne simțim cu adevărat bineveniți. Serviciile au fost impecabile, de nota 10, de la recepție până la curățenie și facilități.
Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, variat și generos, cu preparate proaspete și de calitate. Un plus extraordinar: soția mea și-a sărbătorit ziua de naștere în timpul șederii, iar personalul hotelului a pregătit camera în mod special, cu o surpriză plăcută, fără niciun cost suplimentar — un gest care demonstrează profesionalismul și respectul față de oaspeți.
Recomand cu încredere acest hotel tuturor celor care caută confort, servicii de calitate și o atmosferă elegantă în Poiana Brașov!

GGuest User1. Basically, all hotel facilities have to be paid separately, which is 12 euros per day.
I think this is a bit unreasonable, because usually the gym and swimming pool should be included, but all the equipment in this hotel has to be paid separately, so you should pay attention to this.
2. At two o'clock in the morning, my heater broke down and there was no heating. I called the front desk to change the situation, but then the heater came back. At 10 o'clock in the morning, the heater broke down again. I reported it to the front desk, but it happened again later. I don't know if the front desk turned off the heater intentionally to save energy, or if the heater is really malfunctioning?
I think the price-performance ratio is a bit low because all equipment has to be paid separately.

GGuest UserOn the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean.
On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste.
My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed.
Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in.
Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at Casa Moritz in Brasov proved to be a delightful experience. The hotel's warm and friendly atmosphere made us feel instantly welcome, and its location is absolutely perfect – just a short walk from the city centre, making it ideal for exploring Brasov's historic attractions.
The rooms, while furnished with somewhat dated pieces, offered comfortable and cozy beds with warm bedding, which was particularly appreciated during our stay. The cleanliness was commendable, and the overall maintenance of the property was good.
One minor inconvenience was the absence of a kettle in the room, which would have been a welcome addition for making a morning coffee or evening tea.
A small suggestion for improvement concerns the check-in process. The hotel uses a code entry system, which required calling the point of contact to obtain the access code. This could be streamlined by providing the code automatically after online check-in confirmation, saving time and making the arrival process smoother for both guests and staff.
Despite these minor points, Casa Moritz offers excellent value for money. Its combination of friendly service, prime location, and comfortable accommodations makes it a highly recommended choice for anyone visiting Brasov.

I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Here is why it stands out:
Twin Room Availability: This was a huge plus for me! It is surprisingly hard to find hotels that offer proper twin rooms (two separate beds), but this place has them in their offer, which is a rare and great advantage.
Breakfast Included: Having a delicious breakfast included in the price was very convenient and added great value to the stay.
Spotless Rooms: The room was impeccably clean, which made the stay very comfortable and relaxing.
Wonderful Staff: The service was excellent. The staff members were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.

AAnna b123This place was honestly really good value for money. Clean, comfortable and classically decorated, it was all you could want in a hotel. The rooms (we stayed in 3 different ones) were all different and absolutely huge. It felt like being in a manor house - so if you want that classic european experience I would definitely reccomend. The only downside was the hot water in the shower wasnt that consistent, but it was enough for a quick rinse.

ZZafer ErdaşThe hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.
