I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant. Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction. The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing. Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.

亂收費！！！ 本來這是一個無功無過的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，關鍵是位置優越，離美術館、自然博物館都不太遠，其它沒什麼特別的特色。早餐一般，有水果，但沒有蔬菜沙拉。但是離開結賬時卻讓我大為困惑甚至更不好的感覺。第一天早餐後男服務員就讓簽單，我説我的客房是含早餐的，服務員説沒關係，衹要簽了就行，前台會知道。我就簽了，二人52刀。第二天，早餐我們同樣選擇的是自助，女服務員給我們每人端了一杯蘋果汁。臨走也拿來賬單，放下單就離開了，我看也沒看就簽了。不仔細看就簽單是沉重的教訓！！！結賬時我發現多了30刀，問什麼錢？前台説是5號的早餐小費。我説我吃自助，服務員衹是主動倒了兩杯蘋果汁，我沒有給小費。難道她就要主動在賬單上填20刀小費？這樣合理嗎？錢，我可以付，因為怪我沒看單而且簽字了，我得認賬。但是我就是要問他這樣合理嗎？前台把餐廳經理叫來，經理不説這是小費了，他説我選擇了套餐，他們還要收一筆什麼費。這簡直太滑稽了！而給我打出來的單明確寫的是gratuity。以後再也不會去任何一家奧姆尼酒店！太混亂！攜程客服跟他們溝通，他們也還是堅持他們的做法。

Great location, it's in walking distance to the Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vale were very helpful getting us our vehicle every time we needed it and helped with our luggage. Great family game area with games like monopoly, scrabble, and chess. Cafe un hotel had giant pop tarts and amazing capachinos! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean beds, and cute mini fridge! In all, I loved my stay!

O hotel é Muito bonito, e o pessoal do valete e do bellhop foram excepcionalmente amigáveis.A localização é excelente, à direita do Rio, e a cama estava muito confortável. O chuveiro teve grande pressão de água; no entanto, se você é alto, a posição de cabeça de chuveiro não é idealmy marido é 5’10” e teve que se apertar para o usar. No passado dia, a toalha estava bloqueada e afundada no chão, o que era frustrante, especialmente porque havia SIDO usado pouco papel higiénico. A maioria Das pessoas consideraria que o excesso de água de banho era UMA questão urgente que requeria atenção imediata.Pedimos ajuda, MAS ninguém veio. Parece que o pessoal supostamente esperava, pois tivemos algumas horas antes do check-out, o que era decepcionante. Como resultado, o MEU Marido teve que ir para o chão para usar o banheiro, e nós tivemos que navegar por água de banho no chão enquanto ficamos prontos.

Exceptional experience! Wonderful staff all the way around, clean rooms with excellent housekeeping. The food at the hotel was top notch. Other dining experiences in walking distance if you so choose. Stunning sunsets and plenty of poolside seating. The pool was quite cold but the kids there didn't seem to mind. Stop by the bar and say hello to Miguel!

I had such a great experience staying at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre! The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – I felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center. The location couldn’t be better – it’s just a short walk to the Galleria Dallas, so there’s tons of shopping, dining, and things to do nearby. Plus, there are great dining options right in the hotel, which made it really convenient. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure!

The room's AC was inconsistent, difficult to find the right temperature. The room we had was right behind the elevators so it was hard to sleep hearing them going nonstop til 3am. The bathroom was also extremely dark and hard to even see yourself in the mirror.
