Восторг! Быстрое заселение, чистый, тихий номер, не смотря на полное заселение (судя по количеству гостей на завтраке) такое ощущение, что я жила одна. Быстрое реагирование на просьбы. В ресторане вообще какие-то ангелы работают- это было из серии «ущипните меня! я точно в Иркутске??» Умницы! Все вежливые, улыбаются. Ассортимент выбора блюд на завтраке потрясающий: и брокколи, и рыбка, драники, вафли, каша, суп, напитки очень вкусные (смузи и с цитрусовыми, с огурцом вода).
Есть два момента, которые нужно доработать:
Wifi- отвратительный, просто мне не нужно было работать и я на него забила. Хоть меня и подключили к закрытой сети - связь все время обрывалась.
Нет телефона ресепшен в гугл-картах, я подъехала на машине и не могла разобраться как и где припарковаться- это неудобно.
В целом спасибо большое за комфорт и заботу ❤️

Останавливались в отеле в декабре 2023 года, отель понравился , сервис хороший, номер чистый и ухоженный, персонал дружелюбный, ужинали в японском ресторане в отеле, очень все вкусно, завтрак в ресторане на 7 этаже достойный, рекомендую

Отель новый, шикарный, чистый, все в номерах предусмотрено, сантехника просто сказка особенно тропический душ, мылся час и кайфовал, редко где такой напор воды есть, постельное белье пахнет приятным парфюмом, кровать мягкая! Доступ к лифту по ключу карте. Мне все понравилось! Цена выше среднего 6 т.р. единственный минус! Проспал в нем 5 часов всего;( с 12 ночи до 5 утра!

На ресепшен девушка разговаривала, как будто мы к ней домой без приглашения зашли. При бронировании указывали одну кровать, в итоге номер был с двумя раздельными кроватями, после просьбы поменять номер, девушка попросила горничных просто сдвинуть кровати, в итоге спали на двух сдвинутых кроватях с дырой между ними.
Завтрак шикарный. В ресторане персонал очень приветливый.
Но персонал на ресепшен нужно подбирать более тщательно, так как сразу впечатление об отеле негативное складывается после такого общения.

隔音不好，不明白為什麼之前的住客沒有反應這個問題。在明確備註需要安靜房間後，還有如此嚴重的噪音問題，導致入住十分不快
酒店有兩個朝向。一面向內有空調外機的嗡嗡聲
另一面臨街 有不明來源的低頻噪音。
工程部來檢修 否認是空調原因 説是外部噪音無法解決。説明酒店房間隔音差。並且，旁邊房間關門的時候，聽的非常清楚，整個房間都在顫抖。
對此酒店方面不同意取消第二晚的住宿，衹提供免費飲品券作為補償，非常沒有誠意。謹慎訂購。
在和前台溝通來檢修的時間時，已明確的告知在洗澡需要延後時間。結果提前敲門，電話打了和沒打一樣。態度很好，溝通無效。
（洗手間所有物品除毛巾外都需要另外付費 190盧布每件）

Гостиница очень понравилась. Даже не ожидал такой сервис. Администратор любезно повысила категорию номера до улучшенного. Отличный номер,свежий ремонт ,отличная новая мебель,Сан.узел с подогревом пола,тропический душ,и много ещё всего. Завтрак с шампанским и большим набором предлагаемых блюд по схеме шведский стол. Огромное спасибо , обязательно буду рекомендовать Вашу гостиницу своим друзьям!

No toothbrush and toothpaste, only one pair of slippers, hair dryer, no water boiling equipment. Extra items are charged separately, it is recommended to bring your own.
The hotel has a restaurant, breakfast buffet, 890 rubles per person. Open until about 11 o'clock in the evening.
Luggage storage is free.
The staff can speak English and there is an elevator.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the center of Irkutsk, right next to a shopping plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and generous portions, and the service was also very good. We even got to try the local specialty dumplings, which are definitely worth a try!

TTatiana_81I really liked the hotel. Everything was up to standard, as expected from a Marriott. The room was clean and a good size. It was fully equipped with a tea station, bathrobes, and slippers. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The breakfasts were excellent, offering porridge, syrniki (cheese pancakes), blini (crepes), eggs prepared in various ways, Belgian waffles, hot dishes and sides, cold cuts of cheese, meat, vegetables, and fruit, pastries, fresh juices and smoothies, as well as tea and coffee.

The toiletries were high-quality, the bathroom was very clean, and there was plenty of hot water, making it very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is also worth trying; the local specialties are delicious, and the service is attentive. The staff, in particular, were warm and professional, making me feel very welcome. In short, highly recommended, and I will definitely stay again.

เเที่ยวจนลูกบ่น🔹 We booked a triple room with two beds for our family for one night, costing 4,800+ THB including breakfast, to prepare for our Lake Baikal trip the next day. 🎈🎈 We were impressed from the moment we checked in. The reception staff were lovely, communicated well in English, and were always smiling.
🔹 We were given a room on the 4th floor, near the elevator. Opening the door, we were amazed! The room was spacious, comfortable, and smelled clean. The room was divided into two zones; our daughter slept in her own small bed, which she loved because it gave her plenty of private space.
🔹 Around 9 PM, a staff member knocked on our door to bring us soft drinks and cookies – a complimentary service from the hotel! We were impressed again. ❤️❤️

AAnnaDaniloanThis is not the first time I have had to stay at this hotel and I can already understand some difference between the rooms that the hotel provides for the same price. A standard room with a double bed can be either large and dark, or small, as in the photo, but with a window that provides decent light.
On the plus side, I would like to note the friendliness of the girl at the reception. She helped me return things that I forgot in the room last time, and arranged for breakfast to be taken with me. True, for some reason I was asked to go downstairs to the reception desk to pick it up, and then go all the way upstairs so that it would eventually be delivered to my room late. My advice: NEVER take breakfast with you. They brought me absolutely nothing from the buffet; breakfast looked more like dull, tasteless sandwiches made from what they serve on the plane. And it cost 1000 rubles. And no coffee. This is how the pros turned into cons. The last biggest negative is that the room had an internal double door that led to the next room. In which they had sex all night, judging by the participants in a porn film called “who wins.” It sounded like they were doing it in my bed. When checking in, I advise you to immediately ask for a room without an internal door and with soundproofing.

Останавливалась в историческом отеле «Централь» во время поездки в Иркутск и осталась очень довольна выбором.
Прежде всего, стоит отметить идеальное расположение. Отель находится в тихом переулке в самом центре города, в историческом здании конца XIX века. Все основные достопримечательности, музеи и набережная Ангары — в шаговой доступности. При этом ночью на улице было совершенно тихо, что гарантировало спокойный сон.
Номер (я жила в дизайнерском ретро) был чистым, уютным и продуманным до мелочей. Очень удобная кровать с качественным постельным бельем, современная ванная комната и приятные бонусы — халаты, тапочки и косметика.
Отдельных похвал заслуживает сервис. Персонал на ресепшене был очень приветливым и отзывчивым, помогал со всеми вопросами. При заезде угостили фирменной настойкой — приятный сибирский жест.
Однозначно рекомендую этот отель как для деловых поездок, так и для отдыха. Соотношение цены и качества здесь на одном из самых высоких уровней в городе. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь вновь во время следующего визита в Иркутск!

DDenis PomortsevThe room was cold. The blanket was too small – a single-sized blanket on a double bed :(. The room cleaning was poor; there were hairs from previous guests on the bathroom floor. Soundproofing was also weak. Room 7702 is a bad choice; it's right below the restaurant, so you hear chairs and armchairs moving, people stomping, and things constantly dropping. It matched the rating: **. It should be pretty good in the summer, with views of the dam and the Angara River! A 5-star view!
