Hotéis 4-Star em Lombardy, Italy

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. It's right across the street from the main train station, and having a subway entrance downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. There are also tons of dining options nearby. I stayed for three nights, and the convenience of getting around was a huge plus. I booked a balcony room, and the view was great, plus the room was spotless. The service was also very good. My only real complaint is that the in-room facilities and amenities were quite inconvenient. I could overlook not having a kettle or coffee maker (though room service could bring a kettle if needed), but there weren't even any regular drinking glasses – only two small mouthwash cups on the sink. For a triple room, there was only one stool... Overall, it's a great spot with good hygiene and a nice view; just don't expect much else from the amenities.

The room was fine but it definitely needs some fixing. The mirror wasn’t lined up properly and the shower door didn’t close right. It looks fancy at first but the materials actually feel quite cheap. The worst part was the bathroom light. It’s on a timer with no proper switch. If you stay in there more than two minutes it turns itself off. The light went off while I was showering and I almost slipped so many times. Super unsafe and really annoying. Breakfast was pretty bland. Not much choice and the bacon was overcooked. I only had some pancakes. It’s absolutely not worth 18 euros and not even that good. The only real positive is the location. It’s close to the central station which is really convenient.

Large rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Not too expensive. The food in the restaurant is a bit overpriced for the size of plates your getting, but the quality makes up for that. Sadly I forgot to take pictures 😅

Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui e os funcionários da recepção são super prestativos. Também solicitei a mudança de quarto porque não gostava do banheiro, pois primeiro me forneceram um quarto com banheiro para deficientes físicos e, quando pedi para mudar, eles imediatamente mudaram para mim. A localização também era super conveniente, o metrô ficava a apenas 3 minutos de distância e há supermercados e shopping centers a 5-8 minutos de distância, todos a uma curta distância 🥰 A única coisa que não gostei e que deveria ter sido melhor foi o jantar; Pedi salmão com puré de batata, e fiquei surpreendido quando chegou à minha mesa…parecia que estava congelado e que tinha acabado de sair do micro-ondas…

Everything is ok, a good evening restaurant, there was no breakfast because there was an early flight.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful. Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.

The room was decent, with a relatively new renovation. Although it was a deluxe room, it wasn't particularly large, but it did have a small balcony. Its location near the train station is convenient for catching the airport shuttle, just a few minutes' walk away. The breakfast was average and didn't quite meet four-star standards, but it was acceptable. There are plenty of dining options nearby. It's a 40-minute walk to the city center, or you can take the subway.

The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is good. It's conveniently located, not far from Linate Airport, and Milan Central Station is within walking distance. The breakfast is good. I stayed here again, and it's good value for money.

As a frequent guest of Una Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in. The lady who checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful; I must commend her and her colleague. I chose Una Hotel because of its excellent facilities, including a separate shower and large bathtub, which I loved. The super king-size bed ensured a good night's sleep, and most toiletries are readily available upon request, something most hotels no longer offer. The secluded location allowed me to enjoy the sunshine and views from the balcony. What I loved most was the hotel's abundant breakfast, with fresh vegetables and fruits, delightful baked goods, and coffee. A friendly lady always greeted me with ”Buongiorno!” at the restaurant entrance. Una Hotel is a great choice and will likely remain one of my go-to hotels in the future. Unfortunately, my phone malfunctioned and all the photos I took during my stay are gone. So I can only express my appreciation for the hotel and staff through words. I highly recommend Una!
