Three days, two nights, and every day brought a new kind of 'excitement.' Day one, the air conditioning didn't work, there were tons of mosquitoes, and the shower only had cold water. The only decent thing for dinner was the fried shrimp, which disappeared in seconds, and the few other dishes available were practically snatched away. It felt like a refugee experience. Day two, we got a different room. After swimming, I went back to shower, and there was no water, then cold water, then extremely hot water, constantly cycling. The water pressure was also incredibly low; I almost lost my mind trying to rinse the shampoo out of my hair. That night, it was very windy, and there was a lot of noise outside, as if something wasn't properly secured. On the third day, as we were checking out, our luggage was mistakenly taken by a staff member and given to other guests. It was only returned after the other guests realized the error. Our luggage was perfectly fine in the restaurant; how dare you just take it away? Do you have any basic management sense? Of course, the environment is nice, that's the only highlight. Given how expensive it was during Chinese New Year, you should provide a service level that matches the price. The buffet was cafeteria-standard, and we still had to fight for food. Are you not ashamed?

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in this one-bedroom apartment! The ocean view was stunning and absolutely perfect, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was also fully equipped with cooking utensils, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The staff were very helpful and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back to stay here again in the future!

The hotel offers good value for money, and the room is comfortable. Its location is very convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and plenty of food options and daily necessities within walking distance. The cleanliness is acceptable, although I'm not always sure whether the room is thoroughly cleaned every time housekeeping comes in. However, overall, my stay has always been satisfactory. I stay here quite often because it suits my needs, and the service is generally good as well. Overall, a decent and satisfying hotel for the price.

The location is super close to the ferry terminal. Downstairs, right across the street, there's a KFC, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven, which is really convenient. The front desk staff were very patient. The only drawback is that the room is a bit old-fashioned. However, the hotel's exterior looks upscale and grand.

Just sitting outside the room and gazing at the sea was incredibly therapeutic. What surprised me most was seeing so many starfish nearby, and I even had the good fortune to encounter a sea turtle at night. These moments truly added unforgettable memories to my stay. 🐢⭐️🌊 The staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. They were always eager to help whenever needed, making the entire stay even more comfortable and pleasant. If you love sea views, overwater villas, and a quiet, relaxing getaway, Sky Water Villas is definitely worth experiencing. Waking up to the ocean every day and having the chance to see marine life at night made it a truly unique and special part of my Semporna trip. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Without any incentives, I'll honestly share my experience. 1. **Pros:** The water quality around Mantanani Island is excellent, and the snorkeling and diving offer stunning views. The staff are friendly, and the island scenery is definitely worth experiencing. 2. **Cons:** The island is swarming with tour groups, and there's a constant stream of elderly people and children, so it's not ideal if you're looking for a peaceful atmosphere. We stayed for three nights, paying over 4,000, and were assigned room 27, which was right next to the staff dormitory. The facilities in the room were very old. Additionally, the adjacent room housed different tour guides every day, and we couldn't see the sea at all from our room. For independent travelers paying this price, getting a room like this is truly unsatisfactory.

Hotel location is close to Gaya Street and convenient. The sunrise view are also pretty But the only downside is no free parking which need to pay by hour rate if park inside the building unless you able to find road side public car park lots to park. But must download Sabah smart parking app to make payment.

Location is strategic , rooms are big enough.Aircon is good and cool enough. Overall ok just have some weaknesses for example the cleanliness. A lot of ants on table. Washing machine not functioning. Hair dryer got sparks when turn on Car park provided.

It took a 30-minute speedboat ride from Haifeng Pier to reach the overwater bungalows. The surroundings are beautiful, with clear blue waters, and sitting in the lobby feels incredibly serene and comfortable. The room was also nice, facing the ocean, which was a real treat. Although the facilities were a bit old, it's understandable – being out at sea, exposed to wind and sun, things are bound to age faster than usual! The service was excellent, and the owner was very helpful. My child left their phone in the pick-up car, and it was quickly found and returned to us, which we really appreciated! The overwater bungalows were a memorable and wonderful part of our family's trip!

The Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu is in an excellent location; the sea is right across the street, and there's a seafood hawker center next door, making it super convenient for finding food. It's also easy to get to various attractions. The cleanliness, environment, and service were all very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The only minor drawbacks were that some of the facilities are a bit old, and some equipment showed its age. The hotel breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and the taste was quite ordinary, nothing outstanding. However, the overall value for money is very high, and the room offered a partial sea view. If you're visiting Kota Kinabalu and prioritize location, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu is an excellent choice.
