It was a very good experience. The rooms is clean and modern, the pillow is comfort, bathroom is so spcious, plus welcome drinks in the fridge once checked in. The staffs are always friendly and responsive. Lobby is well decorated, cozy feels like home with touch of artistic design. Surrounding is convenient, there are lots of choice of food, Chagee, 24hr convenience shop are downstair. Only 10-15mins drive to take speedboat to pulau. Only parking is about rm30 per day. No free parking.

Saya bernasib baik jumpa bilik ni yang dapat muatkan 4 orang dewasa. Lebih murah dari sewa 2 bilik hotel. Ayuhouz masih baru so sangat bersih, selesa dan staff yang sangat efficient. Penginapan ni cuma bebrapa ratus meter sebelah hospital Queen E 1 so sangat sesuai untuk sesiapa dari jauh untuk tinggal dan boleh berulang alik samada untuk rawatan atau melawat saudara yang sakit di wad.

Definitivamente valor para o dinheiro.Boa localização com distância de caminhão para a Mall de compras de Imagem, Mercado Filipino e restaurantes famosos perto.Bonita vista para o Mar Da sala.Limpeza Da sala também acima Da expectativa.O pequeno-almoço era médio, MAS aceitável.

Great stay, especially during the New Year holidays We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Kota Kinabalu. The location is great — close to the ferry terminal and very convenient for getting to the city center. Everything is easily accessible. The service was very good: the room was cleaned often, everything was clean, well maintained, and all facilities worked perfectly. The room itself is not very big, but it’s very cozy and comfortable. We were lucky to get a sea view, which was a wonderful surprise, as we didn’t expect it. We stayed during the New Year period, and the hotel organized festive events and delicious buffet dinners. The food was very tasty, and it was clear that the hotel takes pride in its dining. One of the highlights is the rooftop swimming pool with a beautiful view of both the city and the sea — a perfect place to relax. Overall, a great experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Great service. Decided to book the hotel at the very last minute. Booking confirm almost immediately. Did not bring charger but luckily i got my usb with me and the room have a plug that can be direct plug in usb. The view is splendid,(i choose sea view) unfortunately they did not provide free parking. I was charge about rm 22 for 1 overnight stay.the hotel itself is walking distance to anjung kinabalu.the breakfast limited choice for weekend stay, but the food is delicious.i would recommend this hotel 8.5/10

We had an incredible staycation here. The room was immaculate, the bed was like a cloud, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Five stars!

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean, which made our stay comfortable. Although the buffet breakfast didn’t have a wide variety of choices, the food served was tasty and of good quality. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you value convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely consider coming back.

I really enjoyed my stay at The Cara. It’s a very interesting boutique hotel and honestly I’ve seen nothing like this before in KK, the concept feels very fresh and different. Every corner is photo worthy, so those who like taking pictures will definitely love it here. The room was super comfortable and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the small details to make it feel premium. Everything from the bed quality to the layout was spot on. Usually, boutique hotels look good but are not practical, but here, it was actually very easy to settle in and just relax. It's a nice change of pace compared to the bigger, standard hotels in the city.

Ainda é novo, a sala está bem, a TV inteligente é um plus com Netflix e Youtube, a sala é limpa o suficiente em comparação com outros lugares e nós ficamos lá com carros para o fim de semana, até que o estacionamento ainda pode encontrar o estacionamento dbkk, A área de estacionamento privada é barata, MAS até agora, há um armazém confortável conectado à lobby, não tentei a piscina, MAS há um café perto dela, não há muitas opções de comida, MAS ainda está bem tentar o alimento ocidental e o frio.

Very clean unit with complete amenities. Have a balcony with a nice sea view, and also city view from the living room. There is a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube (this is good for kids) 😅. Located in the middle of the city center, all tourist hotspot are within walking distance. Will definitely come back again for the next holiday. 👍👍👍and worth the price.
