"Pros Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are spacious and clean. Like the fact the toilet and shower are well separated by the bath tub, keeps the toilet very dry. Aircon and shower are strong and powerful. Cons Lack of power points in room, very inconvenient to charge phone near bed. Sink was choked. There was no face or hand towel, very inconvenient. Room lighting is too dim once curtains are drawn. Breakfast is horrible, same items every day. BF starts at 0630 but even at 0645, egg station is not manned, some other food items are not even ready. Mere empty pots with labels. Porridge was extremely cold on second day, had to inform staff before a lukewarm pot was substituted. Even that, the lukewarm porridge was almost inedible. Fried kway teow was too spicy. I can normally take spicy but what i had that day was beyond a normal person's tolerance level. Fried rice was cold and hard, like as it is had been left overnight."

"This hotel truly offers a special atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond; our names were even on a welcome board! We were upgraded and treated like VIPs. The general manager clearly fosters excellent hospitality. Even a waiter moonlighting as a village trekking guide made our experience unforgettable. It felt more like a home than a hotel. If you're looking for authentic warmth and connection, this is it!"

"Had a smooth check in, and have around 4 levels of parking. Recommended to park at the 4th level since the space is much bigger. The room itself was really nice, had 1 king bed and 1 queen bed (4 adults can sleep comfortably there). It was such a deal to get the room for RM300 per night, with breakfast for 2 person. There’s also a passageway where you can access for Glory Beach resort and go to public the public beach."

"Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station."

"This is my usual hotel for breaking my journey home from Johor. The road journey from Johor to KL from Johor often takes more than 5 hr and is tiring. Seremban offers a convenient place for a night's sleep. Plenty of food outlet with 5 km radius. Parking is by electronic apps these days. This is a plain hotel. There is no restaurant pool or other facilities, People here are friendly and the housekeepers do their job. Some maintenance on the shower head needed, It is facing an angle i have to cooperate with it quite akwardly. I will keep going to this place until I find something better."

"The place is on a hilltop surrounded by greenery and check in was smooth and breezy. Staff were friendly and helpful, the place has a sense of serenity to it. I took breakfast with the room and it was a simple affair. Limited selection but sufficient to fill up the tummy. WiFi stability wasn’t consistent but if needed, lobby WiFi is reliable. Complimentary parking is provided and room bed was really comfortable."

"This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance. When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub. Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking. That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there. In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment. The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels. The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance. Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience. Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort."

"We had a nice staycation there. Not too far from KL. The host and staffs are nice. However, only thing that make me felt uncomfortable is the bed, too hard. We had back and neck hurt next day. And the bed sheet, pillow, feel like there is a “powder” on it or dust (the place still under construction)…idk. Besides that, everything are great! Breakfast is nice with so many choices!"
