"Our favorite hotel for this trip. Love the beautiful room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a huge bath tub. We could also see sunrise from our full height window which had a great view of the city. Breakfast spread was good with dinosaurs decorations on the tables. The hotel also had a dinosaur activity for kids. Location was excellent too. Near the train station and shopping malls with many food options."

"A cosy hotel with really friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room was a little small compared to what we have been used to. But the helpfulness and friendliness of the Hotel staff made up for everything. Air conditioning on the first night was a little hot (we went to Fukui in the summer time), but was OK on the 2nd night. You can choose your own pillow and amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath salts, cotton buds, sewing kit etc) from the 5th floor - so funny! But reception is on the 5th floor (not the 1st). The hotel thoughtfully provided a laundry drying rack so you can dry laundry in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body foam (made with Royal Jelly) made my hair really soft and manageable! Very convenient to drive to Tojinbo Cliffs too!"

A Ponte de Passagem é apenas Cinco minutos de distância do Ponte de Wu.Grande pressão!"

"Staying Dormy Inn many time in different cities in Japan. Most attractive thing are having public Onsen, seafood rice in breakfast and free soup noodles at night. Rental price is reasonable."

"A conveniently located hotel with all the essentials. Public transport, restaurants and the Tourist Information Centre are all within walking distance. Staff are friendly and hotel is clean. Rooms are a good size for couples. The public bath gives it a nice touch after going out for a full day."

"非常好的溫泉旅館，服務設施一流，員工態度友善，然房間有點古舊，但整潔，舒適。日式房間非常漂亮，我住的是有獨立露天風呂，很美麗！我住的當天，只有我們是中國人，我看到其他顧客都是日本人，酒店員工對外國人都很禮貌友善！有會說英語的員工！雖然價錢有點貴，但都值得！地點距離JR蘆源溫泉駅，有大約8分鐘車程，坐的士也不貴的。酒店有專用巴士接送，只要在官網預訂就可以了。周圍沒什麼地方可以逛的。自助餐有豐富美食，飲品酒類豐富。但只有90分鐘可以用餐，如果可以120分鐘就更好了。如不揀選自助餐，可以揀選懷石料理的。房間飲品可以隨意飲用，有日本清酒，有啤酒，有果汁。總括而言，我會再次入住。"

"Always love staying at Dormy inn for their free onsen, free yakult, free ice-cream and especially free ramen during the night time from 2130 to 2300. The room is clean, quiet and spacious with a seating area. Location is just nice, about 600m walk from JR station, 500m walk to the Kehi -Jingu Shrine, 3.3 km walk to the Nihonkai Sakana fish market. Most of the shops in the fish market closed at around 4.30 pm. A supermarket is just located at the opposite side, can get some offered items after 5 pm. Get lots of offered food from the supermarket for the breakfast. So I don't try their breakfast. Will definitely stay in this hotel if I return to Tsuruga again."

"Our stay at this heritage hotel, which consists of beautifully renovated old houses scattered throughout a charming town, was a unique and mostly pleasant experience. The facilities and room amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the local atmosphere and the authentic dining options nearby. However, as a Michelin-recommended establishment, there is significant room for improvement regarding communication and attention to detail. 1. Repetitive and Inefficient Communication: After booking through an OTA (Ctrip), we received multiple calls from agents asking the same questions (arrival time, dietary restrictions, gender for amenities). Despite answering these repeatedly, it became clear that the information was either not recorded or not transmitted to the hotel staff. 2. Critical Lapse in Dietary Requirements: Our most serious concern involved a severe dairy allergy. We informed the OTA agents multiple times and even sent two separate emails directly via the hotel’s official website to ensure the message was received. Unfortunately, the hotel never replied to our emails, and upon arrival, the staff claimed they had no record of our request. Consequently, dairy-containing dishes were served to the allergic guest during the first meal. 3. Resolution: While the issue was eventually resolved and the second day went smoothly, the lack of coordination between the hotel, the booking agent, and the hotel’s own email system was frustrating. For a hotel of this caliber, one expects a seamless flow of information—especially regarding guest safety and allergies. Conclusion: Everything else about the hotel was wonderful, but these service ”softwares” are what separate a good hotel from a truly great one. "位置，請注意！ JR蘆原温泉出來，出租車2000日幣左右，6分鐘左右直達。回程可以預約酒店班車9.30有一班，免費送到車站。 很多攻略寫，抵達”蘆原温泉湯之街”站最近，的確離開酒店步行3分鐘。但是慢車很少班次，不推薦。千萬別搞錯，兩者換乘需要在福井站，一個V形，非常浪費時間。 酒店周邊🈚️便利店，但是有個大的本地超市。 客房就是榻榻米，次日早餐是定食，很豐盛，入住氣候會問好你用餐時間，7點到8.30，半小時一個檔期，不能睡懶覺咯。 酒店大堂有臨時集市，本地水產，好特別的亮點。"
