"O serviço foi excelente e todos foram tão gentis que fiquei feliz por ter escolhido este hotel desde o início. Mesmo tendo chegado antes do horário de check-in, meu quarto já estava pronto, então pude me mudar mais cedo. Há uma agência de turismo do outro lado da rua e a estação de esqui fica perto, então há muito o que fazer e é conveniente."

"The room was lovely design however there hasn't floor heater. At first staff told me they wont charge on pet fee. After I check in they said they have to charge for pet fee 30 Euro! It is quite upset but i dont ruin the day. But the food was really nice I was love the line of buffet."

"A equipe foi realmente incrível, muito simpática. Não fiquei muito impressionado com o quarto. O aquecimento não estava funcionando corretamente, não havia comodidades básicas como chaleira ou mesmo água potável. A maior preocupação foi a limpeza, pois pedi para limparem o quarto em uma ocasião e as camas estavam mal feitas, os lençóis não foram trocados, o vaso sanitário não foi limpo adequadamente, pois havia um pedaço de papel no chão que era claramente visível, os lenços de papel não foram repostos e, além disso, uma das sobrecapas da cama foi retirada e simplesmente jogada sobre a tábua de passar roupa, o que foi absolutamente horrível de se ver. A comida no hotel era boa e os funcionários do restaurante também foram muito prestativos."

"I caught the RV train from Helsinki, which was relaxing and a brilliant way to see the countryside. Arriving into Rovaniemi at 21:20, it was a short cab drive to the hotel,and with 24/7 reception checking was a breeze. Twin room 410 was well appointed, clean, and beds were comfortable; the room safe was easy to set and use. I appreciated the door chain for extra security and peaceful night sleep. Santas Hotel central location was excellent ,with the padestrian mall, shops, restaurants, and bars literally around the corner. Taxis could be found out front, and the santa/airport bus was only a short walk up the street. Though do pay attention to santa express pickup and drop-off times as they do not run that regularly. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone to enjoy! Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel made my inner child smile.😊 There are many attractions, so be sure to give yourself enough time to experience everything. The on-site restaurants also provided delicious meals, with a cozy ambiance perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring guests had the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging activities or providing recommendations, their service was top-notch."

"I recently had the privilege of staying at Apukka Resort in Rovaniemi, Finland, and it was undoubtedly the highlight of my Scandinavian journey. I also had the pleasure of experiencing a thrilling husky ride and learning about how these incredible dogs are trained from puppies to their role as working animals. The passion and knowledge of the guides who led this adventure were truly remarkable. The 'Meet the Reindeer' session was a delightful educational experience. I gained a newfound appreciation for these magnificent creatures and learned so much about their role in the local culture and environment. The guides who accompanied us during the husky and reindeer experiences were nothing short of amazing. Their expertise and enthusiasm added a whole new dimension to the trip. Apukka Resort delivered a magical and unforgettable experience. The comfortable bed, the regular appearance of the Northern Lights, the enriching encounters with huskies and reindeer, and the exceptional guides all contributed to making this trip one of the best times of my life. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. ."
