O serviço era excepcional, muito profissional, informativo e acomodante, as instalações eram limpas e bem mantidas, e desiludido por não existirem serviços de spa, e por serem um pouco altos nas horas extraordinárias. Não comemos no hotel, MAS gostámos do nosso curto tempo no bar, Rye.

Os edifícios Mais velhos, MAS quartos bonitos, pessoal limpo e amigável, copos eram excelentes, não panquecas planas. Gostei que eles te tivessem dado UMA Grande quantidade de roupas de lavagem e toalhas (mesmo que fossem crus) Todas as toalhas se sentiam Como o tapete que você colocou no chão no chuveiro.A cama era muito confortável.Folhas limpas e um BOM conforto.Carpeta era limpa. Venha com as SUAS próprias bebidas.A água era $3 Na sala.Todo Cerca de 7.5 hotel.Bela localização Eu recomendaria!

This may be one of the finest hotels we experienced during our travels in the USA. The staff were exceptionally friendly, starting from the moment we entered the hotel. Ms. Stephanie, we are incredibly grateful for your kind assistance and understanding. They recognized how exhausted we were from our adventures at the remarkable Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, so they expedited our check-in process and provided us with various resources to help us regain our energy. They truly paid attention to our needs and responded swiftly. We sincerely appreciate that. The room is clean and cozy, and the view from the 23rd floor is fantastic. The food is excellent. The Harley-Davidson Museum is located just about a mile from the hotel, and we were able to reach many fascinating places within walking distance. The city view is breathtaking. We hope to return to Milwaukee someday, and if we do, we will certainly choose The Pfister Hotel again. Thank you very much!

The hotel appeared nice but our room was disappointing. The carpet was stained and looked dirty.

Although I was there due to a family emergency, my stay at the Best Western was satisfactory. The staff was kind, attentive, and made a difficult time a bit easier — truly appreciated. Will stay brook again.

This hotel was amazing! The location was perfect for our family to access after the events we had planned this weekend! Close to food, gas and stores. The pool looked amazing! The checkin staff were nice and courteous as well. This will definitely be my family’s first choice when staying in Madison.

Очень приятное место, приятно удивляет все начиная с запаха ванили на ресепшен, плюс что это догфрендли отель, для отдыха есть прекрасный хамам и сауна, бассейн, спортзал, супер большой и крутой телевизор в номере, очень удобные кровати, кофейный уголок. Рекомендую всем приехать сюда отдыхать,, с удовольствием приедем еще раз)
