Inicialmente, hesitamos em reservar este resort, pois não fomos convencidos pelas fotos dos comentários dos hóspedes, lol.
O resort é lindo. Seus jardins têm vegetação e flores exuberantes. Ambas as piscinas são de bom tamanho e não estão superlotadas. A frente de praia tem areia branca e imaculada e na maré baixa, revela areia cheia de vida.. ouriços-do-mar (cuidado), todos os tipos de mariscos e caranguejos.
Todos os funcionários do resort foram corteses e cumprimentaram os hóspedes à primeira vista. Há também um serviço de buggy para chegar aos quartos e à área do lobby.
O buffet de café da manhã é excelente e a comida muda um pouco todos os dias. Há também um Ala carte Cafe no lobby, mas a comida que experimentamos não era ótima, o Fish and Chips estava cheio de espinhas de peixe.
No geral, porém, teremos o prazer de recomendar Pelangi Beach Resort para quem visita Langkawi.

Very close to the airport. Clean and nicely maintained resort. Good morning free yoga. And nice breakfast spread. The room was big and nice, overall a great experience!!! Recommend for a short stay

Positives
1. Excellent location.
2. Amenities in the resort is wonderful, lot of kids friendly stuff. Our little one enjoyed the animal farm, kids activity center and kids pool.
3. Pristine beach with white sand. Amazing view of sunset.
4. I opted for the morning walk with Mr.Selvam, highly recommend this. His energy level is amazing.
5. Very useful buggy service to get around the resort as the resort is large and our room was at a corner.
6. Service at Spice Market restaurant was excellent.
Negatives
1. They have two sets of towels, clean and new and yellow and dirty. We got the dirty stuff for 3 out of 5 days. One day, we asked for a replacement and still ended up using one we had with us instead.
2. The bathtub was also quite shabby. Getting it cleaned by the housekeeping staff did not help.
Overall positive experience, but could have been a great stay if these issues are addressed.

This hotel is amazing! Great location, beautiful scenery and amazing staff. Stayed in a lakeside view room and everything was perfect. Doesn’t feel like you’re staying in a ‘‘souless’ resort even though the resort itself is quite large, everything felt quite personal. Would definitely recommend and stay again. . Stayed during Ramadan so an even bigger shout out to the amazing staff- many would have been fasting but still continued to give everything.

I had a wonderful experience staying at pelangi resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay at langkawi

One of the best hotel that I had stayed. I love the ambience. The staff also gives us the connecting room since family room for four person is not available here. And our rooms also facing the swimming pool directly. The breakfast also had many choices since they have 2 restaurants for guests to take their meals. Overall, I love to stay here and will repeat again another day.

The sheets are stained. A hairdryer was requested and took nearly an hour to arrive.The temperature in the hotel lobby was too high and the waiting experience was not good.There is no special service experience on Valentine's Day, even a rose in the room can show the hotel's care, but nothing,nothing!
酒店里床单有污渍。没有配电吹风，向前台要求之后花了一个小时才收到。酒店大堂没有空调，等待入住时体验很差。正好碰上情人节，酒店餐厅提供的比平日价格翻番的情人节套餐服务还不错，但房间服务没有任何表示，哪怕一朵玫瑰花也没有。酒店沙滩日落风光还不错，沙子也比较细软，水中漫步还可以，浮潜就没有意义了，一条鱼也没有。
