Immer eine Freude dort abzusteigen! Nicht unsonst ist es mein Stammhotel in Frankfurt geworden: Super freundliche Mitarbeiter, alle sehr zuvorkommend und grosszügiger Service und Essen (weltbester Kaffee!)  Der SPA ist hervorragend - klein aber fein, es fehlt an nichts.  Besonders die Massagebetten sind gold wert und es gibt täglich Obst.  Immer gerne wieder!

巴特紅堡，位於法蘭克福附近，機場開車過來二十多分鐘，從酒店步行到輕軌站大概一公里，乘坐S5到法蘭克福中央火車站半小時，每小時18，48分各有一班，很準時，交通很方便。 小鎮原來是德國有名的療養小鎮，環境很棒，夏宮名不虛傳，這幾天變天下雨，5月了穿薄羽絨服也不熱。 酒店離東正教堂，療養公園都很近，步行到鎮上的市政廳，購物街都很方便。

A parte Mais confortável Da minha viagem é fácil, o hotel está limpo e bem equipado, o pequeno-almoço é bom com várias opções diferentes, a localização está a pé de várias marcas. Muito poucos contadores de check-in, então se você correr EM UMA viagem enquanto você check-in, então é um pouco de espera.

I stayed here after arriving fairly late and needing to catch a train early. The location is convenient but not very easy to find from the terminal. The room was very clean and comfortable

Hotel clássico e elegante com bom serviço. Tivemos jet lag porque estávamos em um voo longo, então chegamos ao hotel um pouco depois das 10h. O horário normal de check-in é 15h. Deixei meu número de telefone na recepção, fui comer algo ali perto e então recebi uma ligação dizendo que havia um quarto disponível. Fiquei muito feliz.

The service was great. Buffet breakfast was a good spread as well. However, there is not nearby shops or convenience shops nearby

É limpo e o lobby do hotel é agradável. O quarto e o banheiro são limpos. A água do box escoa um pouco devagar, mas no geral é boa. Chinelos, escovas de dente, escovas de cabelo e roupões de banho são fornecidos mediante solicitação. A piscina não é bonita, mas está tudo bem. A sauna é boa. O café da manhã também é bom.

Hotel em decoração, por isso a entrada, a área principal do lobby e pequeno-almoço são pequenas e desagradáveis para dizer o mínimo ... A sala está fria, Mesmo quando o AC está a funcionar com a máxima potência, não é algo que eu espero quando eu pago 850 euros por noite para minha estadia! Acomodações e manutenção são pobres, fiquei neste hotel alguns anos antes de ser Marriot e todos OS problemas que eles tinham permanecido iguais - afundar no banheiro, chuveiro com baixa pressão de água, Só no quarto, EU só me sinto Como se alguém me estivesse a agradar Mesmo que EU pague um Grande preço

I bought a Polar Bear plush toy in Iceland for my little girl at home—a toy she wanted badly. It was misplaced by Housekeeping, whether accidentally or for whatever other reasons one might imagine. When I returned to the hotel and reported the issue, the front desk asked me to email them. However, there was a clear lack of urgency; the email was not even read until the next morning when I followed up again. I anticipated that locating the email might be challenging since the booking was under my wife's name, which is why I repeatedly provided my room number each time I raised the matter. Unfortunately, no one with the authority to make decisions ever attended to me or offered any proper options. This entire experience shows a significant discrepancy between the hotel’s brand reputation and the level of care actually demonstrated in handling guest concerns.

Wunderbar! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - fantastisches Zimmer, tolle Anlage, reiches Frühstück, sehr entspannender SpaBereich, Sauna war angenehm leer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
