Shangri-La Shenyang

Staff service was excellent from the reception to the converge to the restaurant staff. I celebrated my birthday st the hotel and they very kindly welcomed my checked in with a birthday cake made with towels and beautiful vase of flowers. There was also a very well written wishes in Chinese. On the actual day, they also ordered a birthday cake for me. At Summer Palace, they cooked a bowl of birthday noodles and offered us a complimentary dish of guo ba rou. I want to especially thank the converge staff that received my delivery of my pair of scissors sent from the train station security and paid the delivery fee on my behalf. Thank you for a memorable birthday time in Shangri La.

It was our first family trip with our newborn baby and the service at ShangriLa was perfect. Kitty contacted us through WeChat and she arranged everything in the room perfectly, including a baby bed and a sterilizer for the milk bottles. 😊👍 thanks a lot for having us and making our stay in Shenyang so easy.

It was an amazing hotel with high level of luxury. Friendly staff. Location is excellent next to the most luxurious mall in Shenyang, Mixc, which can be accessible from the hotel through underground. Youth park is across the street from the hotel and it's a good place for a walk. Hotel is located in a very nice and safe area.

The Shangri La Hotel in Shenyang was beautiful, clean, and very vibrant. I highly recommend it to any traveller needing to visit Shenyang for business travel.

cant go wrong with Shangri-La! Also they have a wide range of breakfast selection which was amazing! And the little gifts and snacks prepared was lovely too!

Good location but bad service, bathroom was not cleaned with awful uranium smell, and the suite we stay was very dark which made us feel uncomfortable.

This hotel truly has an excellent staff. Knowledgeable and friendly. Lydia Wu, was extremely helpful. I highly recommend staying at this property. Great price. Executive floor is highly recommended. Norma at the front desk was excellent as well. Will stay again in my travels to Shenyang.

Very good service (english spoken thru out), dated design but very well maintained propriety. Quick and high quality in room dining service, japanese restaurant is very fairly priced and delicious. Spa is high quality, recommend Iris for her great service. Pleasant stay in a great environement.
