Hotéis 4-Star em North Sumatra, Indonesia

This is my 4th or 5th stays when coming to Medan. We stayed for 3 or more nights normally on every trip. The services and everythings are perfect and no fault. Breakfast are always meet our expectations. Bed is good and so comfort. I ll come back again in May 2026.

We booked 2 rooms and were extremely disappointed with the condition of the rooms. • One room had blocked drainage at both the sink and bathroom, making it difficult to use the facilities. • The other room’s toilet bowl was very dirty with visible stains and was clearly not properly cleaned. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable for a paid stay. These issues caused great inconvenience and raised concerns about hygiene standards. We expect the management to take this matter seriously and improve room maintenance and housekeeping.

Great location as it's near to lapangan merdeka and walking distance to train station. The room is huge and very modern. Mostly Chinese ethnic (not PRC) staying at this hote. Will stay here again in future

I booked Hotel Aryaduta Medan through Trip.com and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. The booking was easy, the price offered was more competitive compared to other platforms, and the confirmation was instant. During check-in, there were no issues at all. Hotel Aryaduta Medan is conveniently located in the city center, very close to shopping malls and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of both local and international options. The swimming pool and other facilities were also great for families. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience using Trip.com and my stay at Hotel Aryaduta Medan. I would definitely use Trip.com again for future bookings.

Bom estacionamento ...mas alguns erros de acusação em 30/1/2026 tempo 19 pm..a senhora empregada dá à minha família um quarto de solteiro não só todas as 3 quartos..o meu avô minha esposa tem tão mau tempo devido ao mau simle.. Eu preenchei tão mal..Viagem deve levar algum aticon .......This is my 3rd visit .... Para mim, todos OS outros funcionários são tão bons.Só a menina e o gerente Da missão noturna têm de agir.

The hotel is clean, luxurious, the view is really beautiful, the breakfast menu is also really delicious. ❤️

Karibia Hotel is located near the Kesawan area (the old city of Medan), making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. There are also plenty of artisan cafés around. If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

As quartos eram bastante espaçosos.Não há piscina ou outras instalações Como um hotel.Há um restaurante Muito bonito no local.A localização está perto Da estação de trem Medan que Pode levá-lo para o Aeroporto Kuala Namu. A estação de Podomoro, que é uma estação de muito exclusivo, está apenas a pé das suites, e as suites são bem mantidas, apesar de parecerem um pouco datadas. O Centro Point, que está atravessando a estação de trem de Medan, é um BOM local para explorar alguns alimentos locais, e é UMA Grande escolha se você estiver procurando espaço e um BOM local.

Overall good and would probably stay again. - managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong - comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained - only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure - good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered - gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in - pool area was nice and not too busy

It is a pleasant and beautiful resort.Picturesque environment, a good stay for family and children. Food are varieties and scrumptious. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It is a senior friendly place. Toilet is clean.
