"As vistas noturnas e a fogueira eram muito agradáveis, valendo a pena ficar dentro do complexo. Fiz o check-in às três da tarde e me disseram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Depois de esperar meia hora, comecei a procurar o quarto com o número que me deram, e felizmente já tinha feito isso antes. Mais tarde, por volta das 16h, quando fui buscar o cartão do quarto na recepção, a recepcionista me olhou de lado e disse para eu esperar ela terminar o que estava fazendo, e vi que ela estava inserindo vários passaportes... enquanto isso, meus pais idosos estavam no sol... Esperei alguns minutos e disse: 'Você pode me dar o cartão do quarto rapidinho?' Ela sorriu de forma relutante e fez o processo, como se eu estivesse sendo irracional. Depois de pegar o cartão do quarto, alguém deveria me acompanhar até o quarto, mas quando eu já estava começando a segui-lo, um casal também lhe entregou os cartões, e ele me abandonou sem saber o que fazer. Perguntei sobre a localização do restaurante e a resposta foi muito vaga, então simplesmente me virei e fui sozinha... Então, como mencionei, ainda bem que eu já tinha explorado a localização do quarto antes, e por sorte não era muito longe... A porta do quarto era fina e deixava a luz passar. À noite, havia miados de gatos e alguém tentou abrir a maçaneta da porta. Em resumo: a gestão tem grandes problemas, o treinamento da equipe de serviço é inadequado e há problemas de segurança no quarto. O ponto positivo é a localização, e isso por si só já basta."

"This was our second stay at this hotel, and everything was still perfect. We want to express our appreciation for one of the staff members at check-in, Yuki. She remembered us—perhaps because of our limited Mandarin skills (haaaa....haaa.....)—and went out of her way to ensure we understood everything we needed to know. Yuki also reminded us to reach out to her or her colleagues if we needed any assistance. Her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable!!"

"A great hotel stay. These days I tend to Airbnb, but in China for business and pleasure, my wife and I chose this hotel. We saw the outside during a past stay and thought we'd like to try it while visiting with another couple from the states. Everything was top notch. The breakfast wasn't a madhouse like other decent hotels. The space was so big it couldn't fill with the number of guests. The room walls were thick enough not to transmit noise. The space in the rooms was more than most. The balcony was lovely. Lots of good light, both artificial and natural. Not much English spoken, but check-in was easy. They helped us get a second didi for our friends and too much luggage. Drawbacks? Didi doesn't like to pull down the driveway even as it is an obvious road to the hotel. The toilet is electric and mechanical, completely unnecessary and makes too much noise while waking to use it. But these are common in most Chinese hotels it seems. The hotel was a relaxing and peaceful place to wake up and come home to after a day of ceramic exploration."

"This is a fantastic international hotel which can suit any international travelers be it business or leisure. The environment encompassing the hotel gives you tranquility and peace. It's convenient located and just not too far from most of the?cities hotspots. Definitely a highly recommended hotel to be in whenever you're in the location."

"O hotel é uma experiência que vale a pena. A decoração mistura o moderno com a arquitetura clássica chinesa, tudo muito bonito. Muito bom para relaxar em família. O café da manhã tem mais itens tradicionais chineses, mas também tem algumas opções ocidentais. Fica um pouco longe do centro de Shangrao, mas está mais próximo da atração Wangxian Valley (40km)."

"Summary: Top-notch environment and design, but let down by lazy housekeeping and poorly maintained facilities. 🤯 I came to Jingdezhen to paint ceramics, and for the first few days, I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Taoxichuan. Then, with high expectations, I moved to this popular, photogenic guesthouse for the next two days. 🥳 The butler proactively added me on WeChat to ask for my arrival time and was there to meet me at the entrance right on schedule, helping with the check-in process. Excellent service! 👍 First, I must say this guesthouse is truly beautiful. The environment is unbeatable; every corner is a photo op. Plus, the villa area is separate from the surrounding industrial zone, making it very quiet. It really evokes a serene, pastoral feeling, like 'picking chrysanthemums by the eastern fence, enjoying the view of the southern mountains.' 🌄 However, upon entering the room, I discovered numerous issues with this guesthouse: 😟 1. The wooden structure combined with humid air meant the room had a strong musty smell. Lighting the complimentary incense helped a little. 2. For a hotel of this price point, the cleaning team failed to empty the dehumidifier's water tank before guest arrival, making it unusable until I emptied it myself. 3. The steps in both the living room and bedroom areas were not properly secured; they tilted significantly when stepped on, almost causing a fall. 4. The bathroom sink was not cleaned thoroughly, with accumulated grime that was quite disgusting. 5. The outdoor patio light was so old and poorly maintained that the lampshade exploded when I turned it on – scared the living daylights out of me! 6. The bathtub drain was broken, making it impossible to hold water, effectively rendering the soaking function useless! Such basic problems in a high-end guesthouse at this price point almost made me lose faith in the Xingshan Shiwai brand! Thankfully, after I reported the issues to the butler and manager, they took them seriously and promptly resolved them. They quickly arranged for repairs and a re-clean, offered apologies and compensation, and promised to make serious rectifications in the future. This restored my confidence in the Xingshan Shiwai brand. Thumbs up to Manager Xia! 👍 These kinds of basic maintenance and cleaning issues are unacceptable in hotels of this price range. But perhaps that's the guesthouse experience: you never know what kind of filling you'll find inside a beautiful chocolate. 😂"

"I stayed in the Twin Superior Room for four nights and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room daily. The hotel staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay."

"We travelled to Lushan as a UK couple wanting to explore the national park. The staff were very helpful and friendly despite the language barriers. At all times they were patient and tried to support us to navigate the hotel and local area. They went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable and quiet. A little dated but it was clean and the staff tried hard with the little touches like leaving snacks. It was very appreciated that a shuttle bus was available given the hotel is quite a distance from the main areas. It would've been nice if this was on later in the evening to give people a chance to get back after 9.30pm. Other than that it was a great service. The breakfast was just OK, a range of options available but we had better quality in other places we stayed. Would stay again."
