No deposit required. The room size is just okay. The AC is cold! Bathroom could use some extra lighting, especially the mirror area. It's a decent hotel for a short stay. Sound proofing isn't that good, you can hear people walking around and closing doors.

We had a busy itinerary, which means we arrived back at the hotel late at night. In this case, we had to use the hotel restaurant service. Which, was an excellent idea. For the rest, talking about location, amenities, staff and cleaning, there are no objections. Everything was excellent.

Very conveniently located (nearby eateries, within walking distance to malls), pleasantly surprised by the welcome cookies (huge, warm & delicious), friendly staff who attended to our needs very promptly and 5-star hospitality services 👍🏻

O banheiro tem banheira e chuveiro, o espaço é grande o suficiente para ficar várias noites sem cheiro de esgoto. A geladeira é bem gelada e o ar-condicionado funciona bem. Usando os serviços eletrônicos, basta escanear o código QR e pedir para reporem os produtos de higiene pessoal, água engarrafada, chinelos descartáveis ​​e até mesmo para limpar o quarto. Chegará em cerca de dez minutos. Há uma dúzia de mesas para você se sentar no saguão e o sorvete tem um preço razoável. Não fique parado na porta esperando o ônibus. Todo o quarto tem tomadas britânicas de três pinos, não há tomadas de dois pinos para barbeador elétrico no banheiro, a TV só tem sinal de TV, sem Bluetooth.

Parking is ample inside the hotel, so no worries if you’re driving. Check-in and check-out were smooth. On the downside, the room has taped flooring, which makes it look a bit questionable and ugly 🤔 After check-in, we had to wait for towels until 7 PM, which I’ve never experienced at other hotels.🥲 The room was adequately equipped with an iron, ironing board, and smart TV. The pool was great,kids will definitely enjoy it. Overall, it was just okay.Nothing much.

Ideal convenient locations to famous foodie places. Opposite has clinic with a young lovely lady doc with good service & treatment. Nearby also has very good, clean reasonable foot reflexology shop. The 3 rooms which we booked have issues like air-con, wooden panel fallen off n caused glasses drop & broke, etc. However, the staff especially the afternoon shift lady which i think her name Vashim was super calm, patient and give us excellent services to settle all issues. The morning shift staff are all also very friendly and very helpful. 👍👍👍. If you want to book, be prepare to accept some inconvenience due to hotel a bit old but trust the staff are always there to assist you. If possible, owner of hotel can consider do some upgrade to attract guests as there are some more new hotels nearby newly opened and prices are very competitive. Overall, we have a great time staying in this hotel and enjoyed our trip. Thank you very much.

Although the hotel opened in 2014, the rooms' facilities and cleanliness are still very well-maintained. The shower has great water pressure, making for a very comfortable bathing experience. The pillows in the room were a bit uncomfortable for me – too high and too springy. The bed was large and the mattress was very comfortable. My room didn't come with bathrobes. It was quiet at night, and the air conditioning in the room was strong. Directly opposite the hotel is a large shopping mall, and a big supermarket is not far away. It's also within walking distance to various attractions. The infinity pool is excellent, with a good long lane for swimming. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10 AM, and the food selection is substantial and fitting for a 4-star hotel, offering everything you'd expect.

First time going to Penang, loved the location of the hotel. Amazing view of the beach from our room, and saw fireworks one night was a treat. They keep the beach clean for the property, each day saw it being cleared. The pool is a good refreshing temperature. Majority of the time isn't overly busy. Good depth and size of pool. I enjoyed swimming laps each day and relaxing on the sunloungers. Kept clean, fresh towels available. Good pool toys for the kids. The gym was amazing, good equipment and machines- beautiful view of the ocean. I would prefer the air con colder as the one in there didnt cool the room down enough and if wasn't standing near it, it got very hot. The water provided in there also isn't cold which i didnt like ( is in a machine that says keeping warm, which i dont understand shouldn't drink warm water when working out, don't know if it's a culture thing? Wasn't to my liking anyway) The room is spacious, bathroom bit tight but made do. Nice amenities topped up daily. Bed comfortable. Air con in room works amazing. Cleanliness in room noticed could've been better as after room being 'cleaned' noticed my hair still on floor and sand in corner from shoes. So seems the floor doesn't get swept or mopped as much as we thought. Buffet breakfast was great, yummy food and lots of everything. Plenty of staff i just think they need to be more attentive and watch the buffet e.g kids touching food ( saw few things) and make sure the food is safe for other guests to eat. We ate at the hotel lunch and dinner also, the staff mean well but there is a language barrier and was few instances where our meals didn't come out correct like we got a tomato soup when we pointed and said on the menu tomato pasta. We are patient enjoyed the food and kept going back despite the mistakes. We understand a second language can be difficult. Amazing fresh cakes in fridge we just about tried them all. The staff also did a lovely birthday song and candles on cake my husband brought. Overall had a lovely time.
