Overall experience is excellent. Friendly staff and ample parking spaces. Work table is a little small.

location was great as it was near many tourist area but the rooms was kinda small even though front office staff told me that was the biggest room. Noise cancellation is super bad , especially when someone walks on the corridor or talks at the corridor. Toothbrush was not given from the start and have to request for it. Some stains were seen on the duvet and bedsheets. Overall, might stay again if i’m around the area. Price is acceptable for a night stay. Paid $47 SGD for a night

Room was ok but insulation is worst😭
Breakfast buffet with limited selection of foods
But overall it is a good location for tourist as it is located in George Town
Very near to city centre and many place can reach by walking distance

Nice looking hotel, dimmed most of the places but still looks cool. Central to everywhere, food and also nearby mosque. Breakfast is limited but sufficient enough until lunch. Clean and friendly service team.

The room is dusty and there are stains around. Internet Wi-Fi connection is very bad. Sound insulation was mediocre and the hotel was a bit noisy.

Value for money.
A nicely decorated budget hotel in a tourist atrraction area. Room was small, but well maintained. The staff was friendly & helpful. For small price i paid, scrumpcious breakfast was provided in a nice small cafe.Parking was difficult in that area,luckily this hotel provided a parking space for guests.
A bit under the bed when i moved it to provide space for prayer area.
