O hotel e os funcionários do serviço foram excepcionais. Estou triste por ter reservado este hotel apenas para um dia da minha viagem de 4 dias, se eu soubesse antes, teria reservado para toda a minha viagem. As ruas deste local foram a melhor parte deste hotel, não há localização tão incrível em outras partes de Antalya. Tudo estava perto, incluindo 5 minutos a pé da praia de Mermerli, 7 minutos de distância do Portão de Adriano, o antigo bazar fica a 5 minutos de distância, a torre do relógio fica a 15 minutos de distância. Há uma piscina no hotel, juntamente com café da manhã gratuito. Vá em frente!!!

Helpful staff and clean hotel with amazing architecture Room was super clean and has all amenities. Shower was clean and had hot water that ran fast. Towels and bathrobes were also available. I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock.

O hotel era confortável, central e limpo. Fomos tratados muito rapidamente e bem na chegada ao hotel, apesar do nosso check-in tardio. O hotel está bem isolado do ruído. No dia em que chegamos era a final da Liga dos Campeões e não dava para ouvir as festas de rua da sala. O quarto é espaçoso, limpo e confortável. O mais notável é o conforto da cama!! A casa de banho é espaçosa e tem todas as comodidades substituídas todos os dias. Muito recomendável

Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

Very good location, near to all the restaurants. Highly recommended. It was newly built. Will visit again

Pare em diferentes hotéis em Antalya, incluindo Kaleichi, mas este hotel é agora o meu favorito! Localização é perto da rua principal de Kaleichi, Marina perto, Adriana porta perto. ruído! Muito espaçosa, bonita e confortável quarto: para mim é importante que as janelas estejam abertas, confortáveis camas, jacuzzis e UMA boa surpresa - um condicionador de cabelo de Atelie Rebul) pequeno-almoço é apenas UMA comida fantástica, fresca e deliciosa, Só queria dizer que o hotel é Muito positivo e homenzinho, obrigado!Em caso de chuva, o hotel é Muito positivo e homenzinho. Para a terraço do hotel, a vista das montanhas é incrível! Eu certamente voltarei!

Não é a primeira vez que EU fiquei Neste hotel.Como sempre o serviço Na altura.Pedi para escolher as quartos, ver e escolher Mais que gostei. Toda a gente é limpa e de manhã, a água é trazida. A vista é Muito bonita. O jantar está piorando, a escolha é menor e a escassez de recursos para esta categoria de hotel.Bem-vindo Spa, Pessoal, especialmente não-russo-sensor muito bem-vindos (a menina-cossack comunica à frente, há chuva desagradável). Também é bom cair perto Da piscina.No balcão é UMA mentira confortável.E desta vez houve vestidos de tamanho novo e macios.Por que não havia chapéu de chuveiro e molho de pasta, não é claro comer, às vezes não. Foi Muito bom ter o elogio do hotel - UMA placa de fruta e UMA garrafa de vinho.Obrigado, EU certamente Voltarei. É Muito bom que o Pessoal responda rapidamente às perguntas.Muitas pessoas de língua russa.

This is a great otel with great customer care, the staff were very polite and welcoming. The location is just outside of alanya, you are 2min car ride away from cleopatra beach. The room and views were incredible, I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Liman Beach and has its own pool with comfortable sun loungers next to it. I accidentally booked a triple room! The room was very clean, had a small balcony, and all the bathroom fixtures were new. The bathroom amenities were from Atelier Rebul, and they provided all the necessary toiletries, even a loofah. The room also had comfortable slippers and a bottle of water. Breakfast was delicious, and they could even make an omelet. Next to the pool, water, hot water, and everything needed for tea were available all day. The staff was polite. By the way, there's a great coffee shop in the lobby.
