Taj Chandigarh is a luxury hotel near Sector 17. The toilitries are of ezcellent quality. The biggest let down was the room. Room no. 633, the furniture was rundown and old. The television 32' outdated Samsung TV. Bathroom looked old school. The Taj Chandigarh room needs to go through a makeover to stay in line with it's competitors JW Marriott and Hyatt Regency.

Excellent property in the heart of the city with all major attractions nearby. Highly impressed by the prompt in room services. The staff were very courteous. Check in was super fast and seamless.

Easily approachable location. smiling staff at the front desk. check in facility smooth. good clean room, white linen, clean bathrooms. quick room service. very well organized restaurant. breakfast full 😋 10 /10 marks. we were to check out late but the staff was very cooperative. one suggestion: guests may be offered a welcome drink. the stay was very comfortable 😌 👌

One of the new hotels in town. I spent a very relaxing one night there. Rooms are new and very nice. I enjoyed eating in the fusion restaurant in the evening. Very tasty food.

The service at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh whenever I am in Chandigarh.
I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.”

GGuest UserExcellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.
