A very good hotel if you are interested in staying near the Seattle Airport. The only problem is that reaching the room will take time other than Hilton Is the Best

Had a long layout of 15 hours and booked this hotel to have a rest before a 13-hour flight at midnight. Arrived in the morning and the receptionist was extremely kind to allow early check in and upgraded my room. The room is dated but clean. Bed is comfortable and the best is that free shuttle service to and from airport is available. Could use the service to go downtown from airport. Overall, a great place with favorable location for a stay for long layout. Thanks to the 2 kind ladies at the reception who attended to my check in and check out.

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

It’s clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful! Given the price, it’s a good hotel for budget travelers!

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Uma cama tão barata, quarto limpo, UMA lama com um copo de chá, quarto é Muito bom. O pequeno-almoço FOI feito de um caldo de waffle. É Muito bom ter café no salão. Porque há apenas um hotel EM torno dele, Sugerimos que você come ou compre jantar no aeroporto antes de IR.

O hotel oferece UMA variedade de opções de pequeno-almoço, com UMA localização conveniente e um serviço de mesa frontal, que são profissionais e amigáveis. The hotel is fine but the customer service is not good. My 28inch luggage was lost at hotel bus due to their fault and so far no follow up and not a single word from the hotel. Being ignored and neglected from the hotel. Feel bad and sad!!!!!!!!!

The location, facilities and service were excellent. The porcelain tile floors in our cabin were unnecessarily waxed and very slippery. The wax needs to be removed to prevent a slip and fall.
