Very new and clean, nice view of the beach and sea. Only complaint is that the air-conditioning compressor was quite noisy at night, so it may affect light sleepers. Toilet seems to have a slightly musty smell too, otherwise it was fine

Lovely place that maintained its charm. Can work on room maintenance, shower head and water pressure. Otherwise very satisfied with the room. Love Estadia Deluxe Suite more than Estadia Family Suite bcos of the living room area, a lot more usable space. Impressed with the seriousness they have to feedback - one evening, we shared that one of the life button did not work, that lift was closed for maintenance the very next morning. We look forward to the hotel maintaining the facilities and room conditions to better serve guests in comfort!

Hatten Hotel Melaka is one of the most convenient and central locations in Melaka, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. Staff are friendly, polite, and helpful. Check-in and concierge service are efficient. But when I come was during weekends, service may be slightly slower because the hotel is busy. Overall our priorities are a central location, good facilities, clean rooms, and courteous staff, Hatten Hotel is a solid choice for staying in Melaka. It offers good value for money, especially for shopping, sightseeing, and family trips.

The hotel was clean and neat in its layout. The room size is of good size, too. This is a old hotel and its facilities were a little rundown. For examples: 1. Windows could not be closed tightly due to missing handles. 2. Windows were not properly sealed. A lot of noise intrusions coming from the traffic below and the coolung towers opposite my room. 3. Wash basin was spoilt, the drain plug could not be unplugged to allow proper drainage. 4. Toilet seat cover needed a change for sure. 5. Room did not provide slippers. Otherwise, the toilet is clean and useable. Toiletries were provided as well. Overall, we are still happy with the night's stay and the breakfast that came with the stay. Also, free parking for our cars. Thank you.

The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to the bus terminal. It's lively yet quiet, with many unique eateries nearby. The room is spacious, and the AC gets nice and cold. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and the drainage system works perfectly. The large bed has a mattress that's just right – not too soft, not too hard. Our room was on a high floor with beautiful views outside the window. The pool is large and clean, with both shallow and deep sections and clear signage. There's a lifeguard on duty, making it very safe. It's a perfect holiday spot.

Excellent location with plenty of great food nearby. The huge parking lot out front was a lifesaver for us, coming from out of town – super convenient. Plus, there's a pool where you don't even need a swimsuit! The front desk staff were all really friendly, and the room was spotless. Had a very comfortable stay.

HARGA BILIK & PENDAFTARAN MASUK Kebiasaannya harga bilik di Hotel The Lisbon sekitar RM 300± tapi bila dapat harga RM183± tanpa sarapan di Trip.com memang berbaloi. Urusan pendaftaran sangat cepat, mesra dan mudah. Tidak seperti hotel kebiasaan, staf receptionist The Lisbon memang wajar dipuji kerana bila kita sampai di kaunter, mereka dah standby siap kad bilik dan borang yg perlu diisi dalam satu folder plastik, jadi hanya perlu mention nama penuh, mereka terus beri borang utk diisi dan bayar RM5 utk heritage charge. Tiada deposit yg mahal lagi mengarut dikenakan. BILIK Sesuai dengan harga, bilik lengkap dengan katil berserta tilam yg empuk. TV ada Netflix, Youtube, AppleTV, Prime and so on. Juga lengkap dgn iron, coffee corner, hair dryer, safety box, bath robe dan tuala. Tidak lupa utk buat Muslim, sejadah ada disediakan di sini. Namun sayang sekali utk toilet, tiada botol kecil syampu utk dibawa balik sbg kenangan dan saya ada request complimentary deco for anniversary yg ringkas spt deco tuala tapi mungkin pihak mereka terlepas pandang email permintaan saya tapi The Lisbon menebus silap terlepas pandang dengan beri sarapan percuma utk 2 org SARAPAN Banyak pilihan sarapan yg tersedia meskipun dihidang dalam kuantiti yg kurang sedikit mungkin berdasarkan faktor bilangan tetamu. Namun, wajar dipuji kerana banyak pilihan dan sedap. Bagi mereka ada anak kecil, jangan terlepas pandang seksyen makanan utk anak² ada disediakan siap dengan kertas lukisan mewarna jika anak² bosan. PERSEKITARAN Cantik, ada kolam renang yg luas utk dewasa dan kanak². klasik sinonim dengan nama The Lisbon Melaka. Tapi mungkin kekangan atau kekurangan manpower, jadi ada few tempat agak kelihatan semak Overall, The Lisbon Melaka boleh menjadi hotel mesra keluarga jika The Lisbon kekal menjaga kualiti sampai bila². Our second stop in Malaysia was The Majestic Malacca, and I was absolutely captivated by its vintage charm. The decor in the lobby, courtyard, and even the rooms was incredibly photogenic. It's a historic building itself, and the overall design, furnishings, and soft decor perfectly matched my aesthetic – I was so pleased! The hotel service was excellent, embodying the attentive spirit of British butler service. The staff were also very warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was of exceptionally high quality. All in all, I absolutely loved this hotel. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which isn't ideal and might bother light sleepers. However, compared to the beauty of the property and the outstanding service, it's a minor detail I can easily overlook.

This hotel is located within walking distance to Jonker Street. Built Melaka, and Stadhuy's, as well as to many cafes and eateries. While one may point to many other hotels populated there. Ibis Melaka stands out above most others with clean and working facilities and amenities. I have stayed in a number of hotels there and I can safely say that the hotel will meet the expectation of many people. The reception staffs are efficient. The cleaning staffs are hardworking. I had a restful stay there.

Good hotel ambience, large space for the room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast has lots of variety & we enjoyed it. The location is a bit secluded but near with many attractions in ayer keroh. As for now, free parking is available. A convenient 3-min drive to the wedding place (villa istana melaka)
