Overall Staying experience: 7/10 Location: 9/10 Arrival Experience: 8/10 Checkout Experience: 9/10 Bell /Valet Experience: 10/10 In room Amenties: 7/10 Bedroom Comfort: 6/10 Bathroom Experience: 7/10 WE booked 5D4N for our business trip. We arrived very early at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. I was assigned to room 309 at level 3 in 20mins. The room is very decent size enough for 1 person. The bed is queen size bed, the blanket pillows and mattress decent clean bit not too comfortable for my preference. Bedroom Experience:6/10 The bathroom is very spacious for this room size with seperate bathtub and standing shower. Wash basin is decent size for 1 person. Toilet is automatic and is very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub daily after work. Bathroom Experience: 7/10 I was assigned an ocean sea view room. The train horn sound is very distrubing my sleep. If you are light sleeper, please take it serious consideration. I was awake by train horn every 6am in the morning.

The hotel room offers a direct view of the seaside train, and there are convenient amenities within walking distance such as supermarkets and restaurants. It's quite convenient. As soon as you enter downstairs, all the staff are enthusiastic about helping you with your bags and with security checks. I also noticed that flight crews from Emirates or Qatar Airways stay at this hotel. The window seats in the breakfast area have a perfect view of the seaside train passing by, so the location and view are excellent. Thanks to the hotel, we have a wonderful memory of our trip to Sri Lanka.

Our family of three checked into the hotel during the first week of May 2025. Unfortunately, our overall experience was underwhelming. Room service was disappointing, our order was incorrect, and we chose not to send it back as we assumed it would take a long time to receive the correct one. It also took three separate calls just to receive the room service menu. Additionally, we were charged for ice despite having an active room service food bill, which felt unreasonable. When we inquired about evening entertainment (Friday eve), the front desk assured us a live band would be performing, but this never happened. It appeared the resort seems to operate with minimal staff, which may explain the drop in service quality. On a positive note, we were warmly welcomed by a great host at check-in, and the barman at the pool bar made excellent cocktails and provided friendly service. Hopefully, this could be just a rare slip-up.

Visited Colombo during off-peak season so we managed to visit the city with less crowd. Views from any sea-facing room is incredible for its price - slight blocking with 2 towers in front but you can get a better unblocked view if you go for Premium tier rooms. I have to commend reception staff Anjala, who managed upsell me a Premium Seaview Room from a Superior Seaview Room. He took the time to explain the differences between each tier, accommodated to my budget constraints, and brought me to each room (empty ones of course) for a viewing before committing to an upgrade. After hearing that I was there on honeymoon (my husband would only arrive later), he relayed that to the rest of the team who took care of us wonderfully throughout our 4-day stay. Overall, room is clean and roomy, perfect for business calls with fast and reliable in-room wifi. Only downside is their TV doesn't have Netflix or Airplay, only Miracast for Android/Windows users. Tip for travellers: tell your driver this used to be Movenpick hotel - they will know where to drop you off.

Nice rooms, good location, and the staff was very friendly. Good business hotel, but also good for couples and families. Although the booking said ”ocean view”, didn't get a ”full ocean view” room. However, there was a nice view of the city and a partial view of the ocean which was unobstructed. Standard cleanliness and amenities. You have to specifically tell the housekeeping team if you want the bed linens changed. Wi-Fi is a bit jittery and requires you to log in every day for some weird reason, but speed is okay too. Breakfast buffet is nice with a standard spread of local vs continental. Egg hoppers are a bliss, and they'll make yours fresh every morning. Food at the restaurant/lounge is average, but they make a good Long Island Ice Tea at the bar. I was unable to attend breakfast as I had an early flight, requested the front desk to swap out the breakfast for a club sandwich at 3am, they were able to do that. The staff are overall nice and friendly, except for one guy at the reception who for some reason took 1000LKR for a replacement key and didn't want to give me a receipt for it. They also didn't give me a hotel invoice during check-out and said I will have to collect it from Trip.com. While I do have the invoice from Trip.com I found it as standard practice in most other hotels to share a copy of the invoice during checkout.

A piscina é sempre produzida a partir Da água do mar.Boa dimensão, boas instalações.Limpa.A vista do sol é excepcional. A comida está disponível em várias localizações do hotel, incluindo o popular, muito falado sobre pequeno-almoço buffet e comida de bar.Os preços reflectem a manutenção da cozinha tradicional no mundo moderno... Mas não tão caro Como outros hotéis modernos, por exemplo, Kingsbury. Recomendado. Nós estávamos aqui até Natal 2025.As decorações irão envergonhar muitos países cristãos!😁 Eles obrigaram-nos a fazer um check-out tarde. Cinco estrelas!

The hotel is set in very nice surroundings and the rooms are very big. The staff are lovely and the pool has a great view overlooking the lagoon

I had a fantastic experience at the newly opened ICT Rathnadipa Hotel in Colombo. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern facilities and a peaceful atmosphere that made my stay truly relaxing. The food was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. A special thank you to the wonderful staff who made my stay even more memorable: Mr. Andrew, Lasantha, Minuri, Erandi, and Dinethma from the Front Office – your hospitality and warm service were outstanding. You all went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. I truly appreciate your efforts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Colombo and look forward to coming back soon!

Hotel is in the heart of Colombo and very prominent location in Sri Lanka. I love the garden view. Food is excellent choices. Staff everyone is very courteous and well organise and presentable. All staff are consistently helpful. Special thanks to the restaurant staff Kamani ,Randil and Imesh. I will definitely comeback to this hotel when my next visit. My appreciation to all staff members during my stay.
