First, the pros: The ladies at the front desk were all very nice, providing thoughtful and enthusiastic service. They even greeted guests proactively in the elevator. The room attendant was also great. On my second day, I told her I had a cold and wanted some hot water, asking if she could give me a few extra bottles. She brought me three or four, which was really helpful. Now for the cons: I stayed for 3 nights. On the first night, the AC in my fourth-floor room wasn't heating even after running for over half an hour. I called the hotel, and they sent an engineer to fix it. He also fixed the broken main light in the room. Unexpectedly, at midnight, the AC broke again and stopped heating. I woke up freezing and got a terrible headache from the cold the next day. After waking up cold, I called the front desk to ask for an engineer to come look at it. The different engineer who came that night explained that it's normal for the hotel's AC. But seriously, what kind of AC stops blowing warm air and heating for several hours straight??? On the second day, due to noise from next door, I switched to a fifth-floor room. The AC there worked fine; it was also an inverter AC, but it would automatically heat up after a short pause. The AC remote and the time it took to heat up were also much more responsive than in the original room. It's normal for things in a hotel to be broken, but they shouldn't just go through the motions and tell guests, ”There's no problem, that's just how it is.” In summary, the hotel's overall facilities lack proper training and regular maintenance.

The hotel's aesthetic leans towards a dark, cool style, which, while striking, didn't feel particularly warm or inviting. It also seemed to mirror the demeanor of the staff. I wasn't really a fan. There was a distinct fragrance throughout the lobby, corridors, and even in the rooms. Perhaps a specially curated scent. I couldn't really decide if it was good or bad, but personally, I found it a bit cloying – not necessarily heavy, but definitely not fresh or invigorating. This, combined with the dark aesthetic, created a rather unsettling atmosphere that made me feel uneasy and want to hurry through. Really wasn't keen on it. The hanging lamps in the lobby were quite tasteful, as were some of the decorative pieces. However, the tassels on the lamps – I consistently perceived them as black, which I wasn't fond of. Later, I realized the tassels were actually dark blue. Yet, depending on the lighting and angle, they still appeared almost black. After this experience, I just wanted to go home and wear vibrant red for the next ten days or so to lift my spirits. Note: For your reference. While a change in the color palette might significantly help with FS [unclear what 'FS' refers to, possibly a specific aspect or metric], this is merely for consideration. As China's first international hotel, its exceptional service and rich heritage left a lasting impression. The hotel's prime location offers great convenience for getting around. During this late autumn visit, the beautiful Haihe River scenery combined with Tianjin's historic architecture created a truly worthwhile experience. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Lobby Manager Yan Qiaoxuan and Front Desk staff Huang Yucong for their care and assistance during my family's stay.

This is my first time staying at this hotel during a business trip to Tianjin, and I must say that the service is excellent, the facilities are well-equipped, and the management is top-notch; I will definitely stay here again in the future! If something is dropped at the front desk, the young lady there will immediately contact someone to help send it out.

This hotel is about 20 years old, and while its facilities are a bit dated, it's remarkably clean, and the view is absolutely stunning, with the Haihe River nightscape visible right from the window. As a long-standing chain, it still possesses a certain classic charm. Getting around mostly requires ride-hailing services, as it's quite a distance from any subway stations. However, I personally loved the option of going for an evening walk along the Haihe River, which was a big plus for me. The Ferris wheel is roughly 200 meters away, and right next to it, you'll find bustling night market food stalls, creating a wonderfully vibrant atmosphere on summer nights.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. We appreciated the complimentary parking for one car, and the Line 3 subway station entrance is literally right outside the door. Luneng Mall is directly behind the hotel, and the surrounding area offers a peaceful ambiance despite its central and bustling location. Right next to the subway entrance are both Water Park and Tianjin Zoo. The neighborhood is also brimming with numerous renowned dining establishments, offering everything from authentic seafood to branches of century-old Tianjin-style restaurants. The room rates were reasonable. All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, provided impeccable service. They were genuinely warm and enthusiastic, yet always maintained a professional and respectful demeanor. It was a truly delightful family trip. A special thank you to the front desk for providing a complimentary breakfast for our seven-year-old, which made him incredibly happy. Conrad will absolutely be our top choice for our next visit to Tianjin!

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Ms JianXia Xu from reception helped us with our additional requests patiently and efficiently; all the staffs are friendly and helpful; we saw one of the best views of Tianjin city through our windows; we love the robotic room service. Will definitely visit again!

We’ve stayed at this hotel at least three times. It’s special to us because we got engaged there. This time was disappointing. At check-in I asked the customer service representative who helped us to check in to add breakfast for each day of our stay. She didn’t do it. Also, I pre-booked a spa day for two people but when we arrived at the spa, there was only one person working.

I recently found a great hotel, Tianjin R&F Wanda Vista Hotel, and I must recommend it to everyone! When I arrived at the hotel, I was attracted by its exterior design, which is stylish and elegant. The front desk staff is very good-looking and enthusiastic, and quickly helped me check in. When I walked into the room, I loved it! The space is spacious and bright, the decoration is exquisite, and every detail is well handled. The window has an excellent view, and the beautiful city scenery is in full view. The bed is soft, like being trapped in the clouds, and I had a super comfortable sleep. The hotel has rich supporting facilities. The gym equipment is brand new and complete, and you can go to the sauna to relax after swimming. In addition, the location is great, Metro Line 9 is close at hand, and travel is super convenient. Angel Ivy checked out and asked about the check-in experience, which was very considerate. This check-in experience is great, and it is definitely the best choice for traveling to Tianjin! Come and experience it!
