GGuest UserHotel was conveniently located near town center. However, there was no nearby parking available, and we had to walk a distance from the nearest public carpark with more available parking lots. The room was spacious for a triple room, but would have been better to have the sink located within the toilet itself instead of it being separated from the toilet (which had the shower and toilet bowl).

Hotel Facility : as hotel built on cliff, there are many small things needs repairs, and some places are needing update. during our stay, our shower leaked badly, also the water is not going down which they have fixed as much as they can and as quick as possible. but we have indoor jacuzzi room , which the jacuzzi can not be turned off, and make the bathroom super hot and uncomfortable , feels like sauna room , and their AC are not super strong, so ,if we keep bathroom door open, hot air come to the bedroom , if we keep the bathroom door closed, then, inside of the bathroom is super hot ( like sauna ) , you will instantly sweat if you step in bathroom if you keep the bathroom door closed.
Food Service: they serve breakfast which you have to chose from a list every night and they will deliver to you in the morning. The quality and selection of the food is quite limited, basically, you get choice of egg, bread with juice and coffee, very basic continental breakfast but without and meat . Their coffee is super weak, if you are a coffee drinker, suggest you to bring your own. breakfast does not serve meat , if you wish to have meat, you have to ask for it and they only have deli ham for you. there is one day , i actually went outside eat breakfast as their food it just too plain and simple , lack of flavor. Their breakfast does not meet up with the rate they charge for the hotel.
Service and Value : Their service is limited, when all of their ten rooms are occupied , be prepared to receive your breakfast very late as they only have 1 person to bring breakfast to each room. And if you request something to be fixed , it can only be done in the morning time as their maintenance guy only work in the morning time, their manager also leave mid afternoon, there is only 1 person who has limited resource to help you.
Overall, this is hotel with super great location and view , but limited in service. I would still recommend this hotel for its location and view, suggest to book OUTSIDE jacuzzi room and without breakfast option ( eat breakfast else where - you have many choices to chose from walking distance from the hotel )

Although only stayed for one night whilst visiting the island it was the tranquil peace of calm I needed on my first visit to Mykonos.
Although location seems on a map at first seemed to be remote, especially for a solo traveller for less than 24h / it was an absolute blessing and ideal location.
I booked a shared transfer from the airport with Hoppa.com - for under ten euros in advance - I was the only passenger booked on my flight with them so they upgraded me and gave me a private limo chauffeur no extra - literally 15 mins and a stunning drive to the hotel - which is located on a hill above Ornos a beautiful place. The hotel is no exception.
Sat on the hillside beautiful location above the village which is a total contrast to Mykonos Town and just an absolute treat - with a lovely taverna and a fantastic bakery open late into the night - you must try it!
Quiet location lovely pool area and courtyard and room across a few levels - small and intimate place I’m not sure I even saw another guest during my stay, very relaxing!
The room allocated was lovely - lots of really useful amenities, lovely toiletries and complimentary bits all high quality , thoughtful items in the room - toothpaste etc.
Powerful ac which was well used as it was really hot, super comfy bed, safe, fridge, tastefully decorated and modern style - I just loved the bathroom the style was really cool, cave-like and with a powerful shower - always a winner!
The staff, particular the gentleman that checked me in was extremely warm and friendly and extremely helpful in helping me book transport and giving me hints and tips on the best way to maximise my short time in the island.
Breakfast was included but I only had time for a coffee but it looked lovely.
Didn’t need to worry at all about getting around Mykonos is so small and there are ways 24-7 to get anywhere on the island, particularly into Mykonos town and the airport and seaport.
There are regular local buses direct to Mykonos town main bus station the bus stops literally outside the front door - the bus station you can change to the buses to the airport and new ferry port - same bus service.
This cost around €2 and were running every hour.
I took the very first bus I think was 8am which took around 15 mins to the port - and plenty of time for the first Seajets service to Santorini.
Taxis were extortionate and you were looking at around €60 for the incredibly short walkable distances - I took one and instantly regretted it - driver was late and rude to me - which given the price tag compared to the rest of taxis in Greece - made me even more bitter about the price tag - there are other ways to get around.
Reception can help you with all of this - they are great - I would 100% recommend - and absolutely love to go back if I ever visited Mykonos again

GGuest UserI chose this hotel from several hotels, but it was really good to choose this hotel.
First of all, the location takes about 5 〜 10 minutes on foot from the bus stop of Fira. It was difficult to roll my suitcase and climb the slopes and stairs in the crowd. I asked for a transfer on the way back. It is wise to ask for a round-trip transfer.
It was the cheapest room, but there was a balcony and the view was great. I had breakfast carried every morning and was able to eat while watching the nice view on the balcony. It was good to have a privacy feeling because the front of the common balcony was not a road.
The staff was very kind and helped me to explain patiently even when I couldn't understand English.
I would like to stay again if I have another chance.

We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party.
Negatives:
While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality.
Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out.
We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Mms helenliuThis hotel is located on the edge of Oia town. There is a donkey path in front of the hotel, which smells a bit like donkey dung every day. However, the environment inside the hotel is good. You can see the sunset from the private balcony in the room. The layout and facilities in the room are satisfactory. Any hotel in the whole Oia town is very close to the Oia bus station. However, the service of this hotel is not proportional to the high-end price positioning of the hotel.
My low score is for the hotel's service. When encountering special situations, the hotel's front-line staff has no authority to deal with customers' problems as quickly as possible, which leads to a very long time and energy cost for customers to wait for the results. The hotel service is very poor. When the porter carried my suitcase to the room, because the suitcase was lifted and put on the shoulder, the suitcase lever was not put down and then lifted. The lever was carried in a straight state, causing the suitcase lever to be crooked. Because my suitcase is a queen size, this will transfer the weight of the suitcase to the upper part of the lever. There is a long distance from the place where the suitcase is carried to the hotel. Because the hotel is on a cliff, it is necessary to go up and down the stairs constantly. The suitcase lever after moving to the room cannot be lowered normally. When I found out, I reported it to the hotel front desk as soon as possible, but the hotel did not deal with it, saying that the manager would come to see it the next day. After the manager came to see it the next day, there was no follow-up. Later, I learned that the hotel manager reported to the hotel headquarters, but the hotel headquarters was unwilling to compensate. I also reported it to the platform, but the platform and the hotel negotiated for many days without any results. The hotel headquarters had a very tough attitude and ignored it. I had to rush back to the hotel every day from 2 to 3 pm when the hotel manager was on duty during my sightseeing time. I also communicated with the hotel about the compensation for the suitcase, but the hotel manager had limited authority and could only report to the hotel headquarters again, which resulted in my few days of vacation in Santorini being completely invalidated. Every day when I opened my eyes, I responded to the platform's messages, just like going to work, not like a vacation. The hotel did not admit that the luggage handle was broken by the hotel staff during the transportation process, and asked me to produce evidence. I ask everyone who is in the mood to go on vacation. Who has the ability to foresee in advance that the luggage handle will be damaged during the transportation process? Who would record it in advance? When we checked out, the hotel exempted us from three days of breakfast for 60 euros. Later, when we were about to arrive at the port, the platform said that the hotel wanted us to go back. If we didn't go back to the hotel, it would not compensate for an ordinary suitcase. Isn't this intentional? They knew we had a lot of things to do and couldn't go back, but they said they would compensate us with a suitcase worth tens of euros that was sold in a normal street store. However, we had already checked out and booked boat tickets and hotels to other parts of Greece. We couldn't give up our next trip for a suitcase. We spent hundreds of dollars to buy our own suitcase. We had to take it upon ourselves that the handle of the suitcase was damaged. If there is no special situation, it is still good to stay in this hotel. If there is any special situation, don't expect the hotel to have high-end service value and high efficiency in handling problems.

RRealCalifornianWhite Pearl Villas was wonderful!
As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

As soon as we arrived at the door, there was a dedicated person to open the door for us and help with the luggage, which made people feel at home. The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole check-in process was very smooth. Whether it is reception or luggage service, it reflects a high level of professionalism. People feel respected and cared for, and live very safely and comfortably.

GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

Our stay at Blue sea hotel was amazing, we can’t thank you enough for their hospitality.
The lady at the reception desk is a gem, she helped us through our stay, initially we booked a comfort room in a different building than the premium room, so we decided to change for a room in the same building with extra fee, but happy we could make, it really improved our holiday vibe 😍.
We need to mention the housekeeper who tided up our rooms, so attentive to the details, she didn’t change the way we organised the things in the rooms.
The lady at the breakfast club, a sweetie, she won’t let you wait for anything, she is always there to make sure everything is in the right place and enough for everybody, thank you so much for the orange pie, I didn’t expect to have it on our last day, so so pleased. I also want to mention the young lady and the young man at the breakfast area and pool area, always smiling and kind to make things right.
We’ve been there the first week of April, so the weather was specific to season, we had sunny and warm days but we also had windy, cold and runny days. Somehow we expected to get it like this 😅. The island is beautiful, better than the summer days when is all dry. We had the chance to visit lots of beautiful places, we rented a car for the entire stay, goldcar didn’t disappoint us.
We are looking forward to seeing you again, we will definitely book blue sea hotel again💙
