Meet the basic hotel standards. Sanitary conditions can be. Staff service is also available. Near the highway, convenient travel. Breakfast is simple, but can meet breakfast needs.

All I wanted was someplace clean… It was very clean. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again. And it’s a very good value for the money.

Ok the road construction is a mess. That is not the hotels fault so negative there but good grief Kansas your “new”round-a-bouts are way worse than Colorado and there’s are dreadful.
The hotel. Our room was very clean. Comfortable chairs. Bed was really comfy and that’s is a difficult one for me to like. Overall I loved my stay less the stupid construction.

The person at the front desk during checkin was very pleasant. The room was a king suite at the end of the hall on the first floor and it was very spacious and very clean, including the carpet. Bathroom was clean and lighting was bright. I gotta admit this was probably one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express we have ever stayed in.
It was also quiet.

GGuest UserMotel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.

GGuest UserAll and all, the hotel in general and the room in particular were very adequate. The room was very clean, no unpleasant odors, nor any loud noises from the adjacent rooms. However, there was an unusual phenomenon with our room; that being the view from our window. Low and behold upon drawing back the drapes, we were greeted with a parade of toilets, not to mention old mattresses off to the side, all in full view. WOW . . . very unexpected, to say the least. Additionally, although the hotel advertised having a swimming pool, which it did have, it failed to mention that the pool was empty. Not so much as a drop of water to get the bottom of your feet wet [don't be fooled by the deceptive 2-tone colors; there's no actual water there]. That being said, the hotel staff were pleasant, helpful, and accommodating at needed.

GGinnyThe hotel is being upgraded and will be very nice when finished. Our room was newly done & very nice but not complete. Missing the closet by the door, only had 1 tiny garbage can and some of the towels were threadbare with some holes. None of those mad the stay poor!
We made the reservation online & was not refundable. My problem is there was no mention that neither the pool nor the hot tub were usable! It wasn’t even mentioned when we checked in. There was just a sign on the pool room door.
Breakfast was good but coffee machine was broken 😞
We would stay again but only after calling to see if the pool was open (I was looking forward to that 😞)

GGuest UserPlace was awesome, from check in to check out. Asked for extra towels and coffee, both were delivered to the room before we had time to unpack. Owners/managers were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very quiet, did not hear other folks coming and going. WILL Definitely stay here again and recommend this place.
Negative - not a huge breakfast spread like other places. But the positives of this place outweighs the negatives. If you want a big breakfast, great restaurant across the street, or better yet, Braum's is just around the corner.
