O quarto era bem pequeno, no típico estilo Ibis, o que era bom. No entanto, não havia espaço suficiente para bagagem. Fiquei decepcionado com o atendimento na recepção. A funcionária de plantão não pareceu receptiva nem disposta a ajudar. Ela me pediu para esperar durante o check-in sem explicar o motivo, e sua expressão facial pareceu infeliz durante toda a interação. Na minha opinião, ela seria mais adequada para uma função de back-office do que de atendimento ao cliente, pois não representa o nível de serviço esperado na recepção.

O quarto estava impecável, lindamente decorado e tinha todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. A cama era incrivelmente aconchegante, garantindo uma ótima noite de sono, e a vista da minha janela era deslumbrante. A equipe foi excepcionalmente simpática e atenciosa, sempre pronta para ajudar com um sorriso. A equipe de limpeza fez um excelente trabalho mantendo tudo limpo e arrumado. A localização do hotel também era perfeita — perto das principais atrações, mas tranquila e relaxante. O café da manhã era mediano e poderia ser melhor.

The room smelled great and was very clean and pleasing to the eye. There was a clean King size bed and a big Smart TV. Although, I wish they had left me with more than one towel and extra toilet paper. There was a mini fridge, microwave and Tea kettle which was great to have but they did not provide tea cups, tea bags, coffee, sugar etc.. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would come back again.

Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers.

Tive que me check-in tarde (4hm) e a administração acolheu com agrado o pedido.Localização conveniente entre o aeroporto e a cidade, haver lojas de chá bonitos perto. Os únicos desvantagens são a ausência do secador de cabelo; também, teve que pedir as toalhas, porque não estavam no apartamento no primeiro lugar.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

酒店價格有點偏高，衞生還可以，前台總是沒人接電話。要提升服務，不過周邊配套比較完善，生活比較便利，去哪都挺方便
