The room was very clean (this hotel is really clean in Russia's 200 yuan dinner grade), and the room was equipped with disposable slippers, disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes. There is shower gel in the bathroom, no shampoo. The hotel is called ”pilgrim” and has a religious background, so there is a Bible and icon in the room.
The location is very good, in the center of Kazan, the attractions are nearby. Walk to Kazan Railway Station for 20 minutes, Kazan Palace for 10 minutes, Bowman Street for 10 minutes, Kazan University Main Building for 20 minutes.
This hotel does not have wifi, so be careful.

Заселился 7 июня 2025г. Заранее забронировал комфортный бизнес номер на 1 человека (люблю в номере находиться один). На рецепшене встретили доброжелательно, оформили, провели и показали номер. НОМЕР ОЧЕНЬ УДОБНЫЙ, ЧИСТЫЙ, ПРОСТОРНЫЙ. еСТЬ ВСЕ ДЛЯ ХОРОШЕГО ОТДЫХА: ХОЛОДИЛЬНИК, ЧАЙНИК, МИКРОВОЛНОВКА, МИНИ КУХНЯ С ПОСУДОЙ. туалет, душевая кабина, банные принадлежности, фен, все необходимое есть. Вкусный завтрак включен в стоимость. Всем рекомендую гостиницу Ял, единственный недостаток - нет лифта, подниматься нужно на 5 этаж. Но это не влияет на мою оценку, для молодежи не проблема пробежаться на 5 этаж, а нам взрослым полезно для здоровья.

GGuest UserОтель отличный. Соотношение цена-качество - супе.
Номер небольшой, но очень уютный. Чистота на 5+, чистая даже шторка в ванной, что редкость для мест, где такая шторка есть. Санузел тоже маленький, но все эргономично и продуманно. Есть фен, сушит прям норм. Вода бежит с отличным напором, и прям горячая. Есть телек, много каналов.
Из плюсов: супер локация - тихий центр, симпатичная улочка, сам отель находится в историческом красивом здании. Есть общая очень приятная общая зона с кухней, где есть холодильник, чайник, чай, одноразовая посуда. Очень приятные девушки на стойке регистрации, отличный сервис. Мы приехали рано утром, дак нас мало того, что очень гостеприимно встретили, ещё и сделали нам ранний заезд, да ещё и бесплатно абсолютно, за что им прям огромное огромное спасибо.
Вывод: однозначно рекомендую. Мы не в первый раз в Казани и абсолютно всегда останавливаемся в этом отеле.
Из не небольших минусов: плохо уходит вода в ванне. Нет чайного набора и холодильника в номере.

Номер был в новом корпусе: в целом симпатичный, только очень холодно в комнате, и одеяло тонкое. У душа слабый напор.
Заказы на завтрак принимают до 17:00, но если нет возможности связаться с постояльцем, администраторы стараются заказать сами, чтобы гость не остался голодным. Я останавливалась одна, но входило в оплату 2 завтрака, мне выбрали 2 завтрака соответственно)) можно взять один завтрак с собой.
Впечатление об отеле портит неприятный запах канализации при входе.

The location is convenient, not far from the center, taxis arrive quickly. I liked the spacious lobby at the reception. In the morning it was convenient to eat in the restaurant, breakfast was included in the price. They fed us at 7 in the morning, we had to leave early. It is clean. There is a cooler with drinking water in the lobby. In the room there is a refrigerator, fan, gel, shampoo, soap, shoe horn, towels. There is one bathroom for two rooms, but we did not have neighbors. The downside is that the mattresses are spring, but we walked around so much at night embankment of Kazan, that we fell asleep right away.. The restaurant is not big, cozy, the variety is modest. The room was on the 9th floor, and the elevator to the 8th floor. Minus - we had to lift a heavy suitcase up a flight of stairs. But I think if we had asked, the hotel would have helped. Well, guys, these are the little things in life, because in the center other hotels have astronomical prices. And here it is much cheaper and breakfast is free! We were satisfied!

TTatianaI arrived at the settlement at night. A nice girl met me at the registration counter, told and showed me everything. But in the room I was waiting for horror: black spots on the walls, hair all over the soul, dirty floors. In the registration, I agreed to exchange the room for a similar one. It had a broken shower locker, but it was better than the previous room. In the morning I went down for breakfast: Red cockroaches run on the floor of the first floor and the dining room, climbing on the tables.
