"I recently stayed at RedDoorz @ Caimito Drive Dampas, and I had a great experience. The room was very clean—well-maintained, tidy, and comfortable. You can tell they really prioritize cleanliness, which made the stay feel safe and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, everyone was polite and helpful. They were quick to assist with any questions and made me feel very welcome. Overall, everything was smooth and hassle-free. For its price, it definitely delivers in terms of comfort, service, and cleanliness. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant stay in Tagbilaran City."

"Hotel ambiance is nice. Very clean. Staff are polite and accommodating. Location is also strategic if you have some purpose in the metro. I just didn’t like their pinoy breakfast. Blant. Maybe their intercontinental breakfast is good but I haven’t tried."

"It was clean, but the room had a pungent, paint-like smell that was irritating to the nose. The mirror didn't have a complementary light, so it was dim. As for amenities, soap and shampoo are standard. I've stayed at many hotels, but this was the only one that provided water instead. It's not bad, but I think soap and shampoo are more of a priority. I was hesitant to bring my own because every other hotel I've stayed at provided them. The remote control was annoying because it didn't function immediately; you'd lose your patience pressing the button on the left part of the large white circle on the remote."

"We just checked out, and our stay was truly wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as shown in the photos. We also loved how peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing after a long day. "I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing."

"Recommend this hotel if you want a cheaper barkada stay yet a good one. It has complete amenities., what the hotel lacks is a hanger for clothes, and a rag at the shower area. Overall stay is perfect"

The dorm-style room is surprisingly spacious, even with four occupants, and the price is very affordable for the value it offers. The shower and toilet are separate, which is a nice touch. However, the shower does not have a water heater, and the toilet does not have a bidet. Considering the affordable rate, these are understandable trade-offs. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant. A great budget-friendly option for travelers looking for a convenient location in Cebu."

"EXCELLENT AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION. My mother checked in a couple of days just before Christmas as she had to undergo an important medical check up at the Cebu Doctors Hospital which is just a two-minute walking distance away. This hotel is the newest addition to hospitality facilities within the Capitol Site area. Although dubbed “mini” in size, the room is visibly spacious for double occupancy, provided with very clean private toilet with hot and cold bath, open type clothes cabinet with shelves for things, and a built-in safety deposit box. Their dining area, which is accessible by stairs or by elevator at the second floor, serves free breakfast, affordable combo meals, and free drinking water to fill the pitcher in the hotel room. The dining hall also has a billiards table and entertainment area. Being located in the heart of the bustling City of Cebu, a traveller can transact business with nearby Government offices, stroll and score one’s favorites at popular shopping malls of Ayala, SM, and Robinsons, dine at restaurants just beside the hotel, and explore notable tourist spots within and beyond the city. For those traveling with vehicles, there is also a huge and secured parking area located just obliquely across the hotel. Highly recommended for family, workers, students, and business travelers alike who value excellent affordable accommodation."

"A localização do hotel é ótima para uma estadia de 1 noite se você tiver um voo cedo, o quarto em si é menor, mas pode acomodar 3 pessoas. O único problema é que tem um banheiro compartilhado e não há água quente para o chuveiro. Não é ideal se você tiver um voo muito cedo e precisar de chuveiro, a menos que você possa lidar com um chuveiro frio e um banheiro comum. No meu caso, tive que fazer um upgrade para um quarto privativo, o que me custou 650 pesos adicionais, além do meu pagamento de 941 pesos, mas tem chuveiro quente e banheiro privativo, embora eu possa obter o mesmo valor em um hotel melhor e mais confortável na área. A equipe é muito prestativa e acolhedora. Eles fornecem um micro-ondas e uma chaleira para fazer água quente, mas você tem que comprar sua própria água. No geral, estava ok."
