The location is right in the city centre. The capsule is very nice, provide better privacy and security. Toilet and bathroom are integrated, with shampoo provided. Hair dryer, water dispenser, fridge are available. Lockers are available, but the lock don't work. Consequently, all are occupied by other guests who checked in earlier. The management need to control and carry out inspection. Moreover the AC in the common hall is faulty. Please improve on these two areas. The rest are good!

Very nice place to stay with reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again if go to KK again especially with my family. Lurve ＜3

air conditioner need to fix or services room very hot. when i ask for hairdryer the receptionist told me to wait for 2hours then lastly i got nothing from my waiting, no hairdryer no aircond fix. please give a good service next time.

room is great and everything. but we had a leaking fridge and it kept making noise the whole time we were there. we couldnt sleep well bcs of the annoying water dripping noise. room was 209. i hope the hotel can fix it for future travellers. downside would also be parking since its a public parking. anyways u get what u paid..

Stayed at Harper Boutique Hotel and had a great experience. The location is very strategic, easy access to the city area and also convenient to the airport. The hotel is directly opposite Imago Shopping Mall, which made everything super convenient for shopping, food, and daily needs. The room price is also very reasonable for the location. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money.

The location is perfect and the check in/ out process is very smooth. There’s only one problem that annoyed us was the doors and the windows in our room caused a very loud noise whenever strong wind outside. Perhaps we stayed in Level 7, lower level might won’t face this kind of noises I think? But overall is good for the cleanliness. The room environment also good since they refurbished their hotel. The view from our room are superb!

A Casa de banho só Pode ser mantida a pedido do condutor, porque a área de banho é suja e precisa de limpar. No que respeita à segurança do quarto, a gestão do hotel deve procurar garantir a segurança do convidado de quarto, porque a porta de vidro após a saída do elevador para a área de quarto não está fechada, é Muito arriscado para o exterior vir fazer descanso desnecessário

ROOM 402 (17–18 October 2025) **The things That Need Improvement:** 1. The bathroom ceiling light is missing. 2. The paint above the toilet bowl in the bathroom is peeling. 3. The exhaust fan is very dusty. 4. A used face mask was found in the waste bin. 5. A used small box was found in the bedside table drawer. 6. The light above the wash basin is not working. 7. The hotel Wi-Fi connection is very slow. 8. The glass windows (outside) so dusty.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The check-in time was stated as 2:00 pm, but I arrived around 10:00 am and politely requested an early check-in. Unfortunately, my request was declined. In terms of cleanliness, some areas were quite dusty. There was noticeable dust under the bed, and no room slippers were provided. On the positive side, the location is very good. The hotel is close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. I have stayed in hotels in Japan, Hong Kong, and China before, and compared to those experiences, I felt that the amount I paid here was not worth the service provided. If the hotel could improve cleanliness and service- especially considering the higher cash deposit -it would make the stay much better...
