The location is right in the city centre. The capsule is very nice, provide better privacy and security. Toilet and bathroom are integrated, with shampoo provided. Hair dryer, water dispenser, fridge are available. Lockers are available, but the lock don't work. Consequently, all are occupied by other guests who checked in earlier. The management need to control and carry out inspection. Moreover the AC in the common hall is faulty. Please improve on these two areas. The rest are good!

Nice place, clean and safe in a good location, although the street is busy during the day it is not loud. The staff was friendly and always available,easily booked trips to the islands and Shuttle to the airport. Great value for money,would stay again.

No que respeita à segurança do quarto, a gestão do hotel deve procurar garantir a segurança do convidado de quarto, porque a porta de vidro após a saída do elevador para a área de quarto não está fechada, é Muito arriscado para o exterior vir fazer descanso desnecessário

Como viajante de longa duração, fiquei em vários albergues e descobri que, embora os preços sejam baratos, não há armários para malas grandes. Embora seja um quarto misto, cada cama** possui uma cortina. A localização fica longe de atrações turísticas, mas você pode caminhar até o mercado ou centro das Filipinas. A maioria dos mochileiros europeus frequenta o local, mas não havia asiáticos quando fiquei lá.

air conditioner need to fix or services room very hot. when i ask for hairdryer the receptionist told me to wait for 2hours then lastly i got nothing from my waiting, no hairdryer no aircond fix. please give a good service next time.

What I love about this hotel: (1) Spacious room (2) Iron and iron board provided in the room (3) Complimentary tooth brush (4) Sofa in the room (5) Clean and bright (6) Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket (more shops across the road) What I am not happy about: (1) Loud noise from the bar/pub from the adjacent building My personal rating: 8/10 for comfort

First time staying here. I chose a single room. The room was really nice-clean and tidy. Hot water was available for showers, and the bathroom was super clean. Highly recommended for solo travelers staying here. 😊

ROOM 402 (17–18 October 2025) **The things That Need Improvement:** 1. The bathroom ceiling light is missing. 2. The paint above the toilet bowl in the bathroom is peeling. 3. The exhaust fan is very dusty. 4. A used face mask was found in the waste bin. 5. A used small box was found in the bedside table drawer. 6. The light above the wash basin is not working. 7. The hotel Wi-Fi connection is very slow. 8. The glass windows (outside) so dusty.

I stayed on the 7th floor in room 71X facing the main road. The room was generally fine, but being next to the main road means you can clearly hear traffic noise throughout the day and night. Another issue was that every time I turned on the water heater for a shower, there was a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom. I’m not sure what the smell was, but it was quite obvious whenever the hot water was running. Overall, the stay was okay.
