Estava muito confortável! Eu estava muito louco e fui ao México sabendo que não falei espanhol. Mas o povo do México é incrivelmente gentil e útil. A senhora no despacho frontal usava traduzir para me ajudar a entender. As pessoas que trabalham aqui são muito simpáticas.A sala é bastante espaçosa e o WiFi é bom.A localização é bastante decente; 20 minutos a pé para o centro de Cancún e mercados; cafés, etc.
Não é muito mau.
Eu voltaria com o meu parceiro.
A própria sala era muito boa, UMA cama HUGE e talvez UMA cama de sofá também?A casa de banho também era bonita!Gosto de este hotel é muito bom

The hostel was good. Location was good too just opposite to the ADO bus station. The only problem was that the common area is open for limited hours. So if you are a digital nomad and need to attend meeting.. Then it is a problem. However, all the receptionists were good and friendly :)

Its a great place in a great area w zero concern for crime. The apartment is great & within walking distance to food stores, starbucks, local food and the bank.
Not easily accessible, especially when it rains & floods.
Nice few days, v comfortable bed, two couches, full kitchen, brand new fridge -- has everything you need to cook for a Family.
Highly recommended for a true local and great experience.

We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. The check in process was quick within 5-10 mins and we were given the quiet room type as requested when we booked which is great. Room is big and clean with amazing ocean view and come with your own private balcony and hammock. Shower water pressure and temperature were on point too. We were worried about the Wi-Fi due to the numerous complaints seen online but surprisingly it was great throughout our stay at the highest floor!
Fresh drinking water located the lobby with hot drinks making facility and they also provide microwave which is a bonus. Location is very strategic as well, just get off the ferry pier then walk straight up the road and within 2 mins you will find Rocamar. Supermarket (Super Aki) is nearby too, within 1-2 mins walk only. So as the restaurants, laundry services and souvenir shops which were less than 5 mins walk. We would highly recommend this hotel.
Con: They can improve on washing the towels, though cleaned but still stained.

I was very comfortable in the hotel, I stayed for 5 days. Fernando, a very professional and friendly girl, did everything for the guests. In general, all the staff of the respiratory are very kind, thank you!
The room has everything, blood is comfortable, the air conditioner works perfectly. It is necessary to keep in mind that the hotel is 2 stars, the room has no refrigerator and price and it is normal.
The bus stop is far away, but if you stop on the traffic light right near the hotel exit, the bus will definitely take you. To the beach to go 7-15 minutes.
It is important to know that one side of the hotel building is coming out on the road where people with sensitive hearing can be noisy. However, this issue can always be solved with the resepshne, the other side of the hotel is very quiet.
The advantage of the city hotel - 200 meters from the hotel in the direction of the shopping center there is a home cafe, where to 16-30 you can eat very delicious soup and main dish for 150-190 peso 😍

Great accommodation. We stayed for one night because we had just arrived in Cancún. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. The room was clean and as pictured, the pool was really beautiful, and the location was fantastic.

A short walk to playa Norte and the shops/restaurants/bars. Gorgeous views over the Caribbean Sea with stunning views of the sunrise from the hammock. Would come back!

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel; I stayed for 5 days. Fernanda was incredibly helpful during check-in; she's very professional and friendly, and she does everything for the guests. Overall, the reception staff is very helpful, thank you! The room has everything you need, it's very comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly. Keep in mind that this is a 2-star hotel, so there's no refrigerator in the rooms, and that's okay for the price. The location makes it easy to reach the city's shopping center and the beaches in the Zona Hotelera. The bus stop is a bit far, but if you stop at the traffic lights right outside the hotel, a bus will pick you up. The beach is a 7-15-minute drive away. Please note that one side of the hotel faces the road, which may be noisy for those with sensitive hearing. However, this can always be resolved with reception; the other side of the hotel is very quiet. The advantage of a city hotel is that 200 meters from the hotel, in the direction of the shopping center, there is a home-style cafe where you can eat a very tasty soup and main course for 150-190 pesos until 4:30 pm.

We had a wonderful stay at Sofía by Bunik in Playa del Carmen. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. The rooftop is absolutely amazing – a great pool, beautiful views, and a perfect place to relax in the evening. It was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. The location is super convenient: very close to Walmart, shops, and restaurants, and easy to get around the city. Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

We had the problem that we booked for the wrong dates. But the guy at the reception was so kind that he changed it for us and he speaks a little English which is rare in Mexico. The room is also clean, comes with a TV and a great air conditioner and the bathroom is solid for this price. Would definitely come again.

The location is amazing. The service was very nice and attentive. Very clean. It definitely gets loud at night, Monday night it was done by 12, but Tuesday 2am. I’d assume weekends are late night as well. The pool was refreshing. It’s not a luxuary hotel by any means, but as long as you aren’t expecting that, you will be very pleased. The AC plus Fan gets COLD. The bed is firm. Bring your own soaps. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again!
