Este hostel é absurdamente luxuoso. Embora fique um pouco longe do centro da cidade, a relação custo-benefício é incrível. É o melhor hostel que já vi ou ouvi falar. Os quartos para quatro pessoas têm banheiro privativo, serviço de limpeza diário e as camas e os quartos são muito espaçosos. As instalações são excelentes. O serviço também é ótimo; cometi um erro ao reservar as datas erradas, e a recepção entrou em contato comigo proativamente e, juntamente com o atendimento ao cliente da Ctrip, me ajudou a alterar a reserva gratuitamente. Há uma academia super luxuosa e uma lavanderia gratuita. Não é que eu não possa pagar um hotel, mas um hostel como este oferece um custo-benefício muito melhor. Há também um parque à beira do rio ao lado, onde você pode correr. Mesmo a caminhada até o centro da cidade leva apenas cerca de 30 minutos. Altamente recomendado.

The location is perfect 👍🏻 very close to all the beautiful places in the historic part of the city! Please make sure that you check in online prior arrival to avoid extra charges. It’s easy and takes around 2-3 minutes of your time. The front desk staff speaks English very well. The rooms are spacious with 2 fans for comfortable sleep at night and huge lockers to store your belongings securely (the key provided by check in and it’s included in the price). There are comfortable beds with clean bed sheets and a decent pillow. Bring your own towel though, or you need to pay for one at the front desk. The bathroom is modern but not clean enough to give 5 stars. Also, there is toilet paper but no soap.
As for the kitchen, it’s partially equipped, cooking might be a bit challenging but has a big modern fridge. There is a spacious dine in area and you can enjoy your meal in the garden outside.
Overall, it was a nice stay for me, thank you very much!

Struttura ottima per la posizione, bellissima vista su Talamone, pulita e ben organizzata. Il mare è stato una grande delusione, acqua torbida, bagnoasciuga inesistente perché ricoperto da montagne di alghe. Alla reception mi hanno fatto pagare la tassa di soggiorno a un prezzo maggiore rispetto alla somma che il giorno prima mi avevano detto.

Gostei do design do hostel e fiquei em um dormitório feminino com 4 camas. Dou uma nota de 4,5 de 5. O check-in é às 14h30 e o check-out às 11h30. No check-in, tive que esperar. Havia uma fila. A garota que fez o check-in depois de mim foi a primeira a chegar. (O sistema de acesso ao quarto é interessante, é por meio de um aplicativo. É conveniente, mas o código que você digita se perde e você precisa digitá-lo novamente.)
Fiquei sozinha no quarto até a noite, e então uma garota fez o check-in. O quarto estava frio e o ar-condicionado não funcionava direito. Me cobri com um cobertor. No geral, tudo estava limpo, mas quando subi na beliche, vi poeira no lustre. Seria uma boa ideia instalar ganchos para roupas e bolsas e adicionar um sofá ou cadeira.
O hostel está em uma ótima localização, tudo fica a uma curta distância a pé. Eles também organizam vários eventos, incluindo jantares de massa e karaokê. As moças que trabalham neste albergue são simpáticas e doces.

Good location with affordable price. We like to stay here, very close with train station Campo di Marte. And not so far from bus stop. Also near this hostel, there is supermarket. Very recomended 👍🏻

AalinatravellingI traveled as a solo female traveler, and unfortunately, only one out of three nights was peaceful. I want to warn others about several management and safety issues I encountered here.
On Trip.com, only mixed dorms were available.The platform lists two types of 6-bed dorms: one explicitly labeled 'Mixed Gender' (which I booked) and another generic '6-Bed Dormitory Room' without any gender indication. Since there was no 'Female-only' option, I assumed these were essentially the same thing. I ended up alone in a room with three men, which felt quite unsafe and intimidating. My sleep was constantly interrupted by loud neighbors and the person in the bunk below me shaking the bed all night
When I requested a move to a female dorm or a more balanced mixed room the next morning, the staff was unhelpful. They claimed they couldn't move me because I hadn't booked through their website, even though female beds were available!! They initially demanded I pay the full price again for the next two nights.
After contacting Trip.com support, the hostel still refused to cooperate. Eventually, a more reasonable receptionist helped resolve the issue peacefully.
On my last night, a large group of school students arrived. They were incredibly loud, and it took over an hour after ”quiet hours” began for teachers and staff to finally calm them down. Be aware of this.
Cleanliness: Rooms are relatively clean.
Self-Service: You must make your own bed, which is very difficult if you are assigned a top bunk.
Extra Costs: Towels are not included and cost 1.9€.
Payment: They are strictly card-only.
Pros: There is free hot water at reception, a luggage room, and the location is conveniently close to the Campo di Marte station.
If you are a solo female traveler, be aware that management might prioritize profit over your safety and comfort :)

MMaria MDAmazing stay. 10 min drive to a parking in the City Center in Florence. Kids loved it, they were tired of hotels, this is a tiny house, lots of families around, camper vans, playground, shop, pool, laundry.
The tiny house is super clean, spotless, probably brand new. Very efficient, well organised. We took a premium one, it is already not large for a family. Spotless linen and towels, all duvets were sealed in a bag, looks dry cleaned, fresh. All tableware, cooking ware and cutlery provided. Air conditioner in both rooms, mosquito nets, proper water pressure and hot water.
Very nice attentive staff. We checking late in the evening, which was a plus for us, we saw a checking queue in the morning it looked very long.

汉汉堡啊啊啊啊I'd definitely book this hostel again! The rooms and facilities are fantastic, and the front desk service was excellent. I met some great international friends here. The only minor drawback is that the window soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear outside noises clearly. But hey, we chatted late into the night anyway, haha! And by 9 AM, you'll start hearing traffic. If you bring earplugs, it's a perfect 10! Also, it seems like this place hosts student groups; I saw a large group checking in as I was leaving. If you can avoid those times, it's a great spot! Location-wise, no worries – it's only a 10-minute walk, and for young people, Florence is a small city, so it's not an issue at all!!!

Room: The 6-bed dorm is very spacious, not cramped at all. During the off-season, it wasn't full, with only 2-3 people per night, so it was very quiet.
Service: The staff (young lady) was very nice. They offered a complimentary drink upon check-in and free pasta in the evening. The atmosphere in the evenings was particularly great.

GGuest UserI stayed at Safestay Pisa Centrale during my solo trip. Overall, my experience was mixed.
On the plus side, the location is great: the hostel is conveniently located near public transport and the city's main attractions, which makes getting around and sightseeing easy.
However, there are significant downsides. They only accept cash, which was inconvenient – especially for me as a traveler from Russia without a foreign bank card. Also, there are no keys for the luggage lockers, so I felt uneasy leaving my belongings without extra security. Another drawback is the lack of towels, which also lowers the overall comfort level.
In conclusion, this place is suitable if location is your priority, but you should be prepared for the conditions beforehand.

They also have a self-service kitchen where you can cook pasta for free, which I really enjoyed. Overall, it's a hostel I liked a lot.

But the hotel environment is generally the same, the room is large but the bathroom is very small, there is a smell, my friend's room shower is hot water whether it goes left or right. And the breakfast is very general, nothing delicious.

FFionFionIt was a very pleasant stay, although I didn't get to spend much time in the hotel as I was just in Florence for one night, breakfast was nice with variety of choices, staff were friendly and can speak English, room was clean, AC was working perfectly, everything including the duomo was in walkable distance (only like 10 mins walk to the duomo).
I had to leave the room key to the reception everytime
I leave the hotel which felt a bit strange at first, however apparently this is a norm there as my brothers who were staying at another hotel at the time had to do the same as well.
Last but not least, you can have a fantastic view of the city at rooftop of hotel, especially nice to see the sunrise!
Will definitely stay here again, highly recommended!
