Facilities: The underside of the toilet lid is already yellow, why not change it. The toilet is still stained, it should be cleaned not enough.
Service: The receptionist has a good attitude. The cleaning staff should ask the customer whether to clean now or wait for the cleaning, not whether to ask or not.
Environment: Close to the train station, you can walk to the hotel for 10 minutes with your suitcase

We were happy and comfortable, our room was really big (5 person room)
The staff were nice enough
The only 24 hours coffee available was a vending machine , fortunately the black hadn't sold out
It's a short walk to train station and main street
Felt safe and the late check-out was great
Amenities were clean and suitable
I'll most likely choose it again next time if I need a hotel in the area.

Very close to the station but not noisy. One hour to get to hamborg airport. My room was very large approx 20m2. Very good value for money. They even.loaned me an umbrella because it raining very heavily. Good location also to town

GGuest UserThere will be no private bathroom and elevator. My room has odd smell (from paint smell?). The public facilities are okay clean.
One of the shower didn’t work properly and the light automatically turned themselves off quickly. I had to wave my hands multiple times directly under the detector when I was showering.
Location is not convenient. I arrived during weekend and I can’t find any supermarket still open nearby. I had to go back to hbf eventually. But if you prepare well it is okay.
Overall it is acceptable.

SSteevesThey’re only small and relatively unfurnished. There’s no air-conditioning. Checkin was easy and the staff was great. The word airport is in the name, it’s not very close to the airport. However, there is a bus that leaves right outside the door. Overall state was decent, good place to sleep. Good places to eat nearby.
