Este hotel é imperdível, é muito bonito e tem um estilo tradicional. Ficamos em um quarto lindo com a tradicional cama Kang (que era muito mais confortável do que imaginávamos), era totalmente silencioso à noite e, graças à cortina blackout, não acordamos muito cedo. O proprietário nos ofereceu uma garrafa de vinagre e também quis nos levar à estação de trem de graça. Na verdade, reservamos outro hotel com uma cama ”normal” para os outros dias em Pingyao, mas nos arrependemos bastante. Pagamos muito mais para ter dificuldade para dormir por causa das modernidades absurdas do outro hotel, com comodidades inteligentes que faziam barulho e luz no quarto. Portanto, é muito melhor manter seu orçamento e se hospedar neste hotel perfeito. A única ”desvantagem” é o banheiro sem separação entre seco e molhado, mas, honestamente, pelo preço que se paga para ficar em um ótimo lugar como este, está tudo bem.

If you want a more authentic experience than staying in a fancy hotel, this is your place. Mrs Liu (sp?) was so lovely and helpful. She speaks a bit of English and is very fast on the translation apps for what she doesn’t know. She gave us a map of the Ancient City and explained where we should visit. Every day she gave us water bottles. We stayed 2 nights. You can experience a kang bed here, in a cozy room in a quaint courtyard. It was quite firm but still comfortable. There is air con which was needed when we were there. The bathroom is small but we found that everything didn’t get wet, despite the small size of the room. The inn is on the “taxi-bus” route just off South Street. As it is a block from the Main Street it is significantly quieter as the honking of “taxi-buses” doesn’t happen as much in the alleyways. Just be careful to walk on the sides of the road as the mopeds and taxi-buses are electric so quiet, except for the honking which is loud and constant, and they drive quite fast for the size and busyness of the streets. There is plenty of food places just a short walk away from the hotel. The ancient city was a lot more touristy than we had expected. You need to prearrange with the innkeeper to organise a “taxi-bus” to pick you up from the South Gate. Regular cars are not allowed inside the city wall. We were dropped by the DiDi but it is too far and busy to walk with luggage to the inn. Mrs Liu and her husband helped us out with their mopeds. Not many “taxi-bus” drivers know the inn as it is a smaller private hotel, so make sure you have the address printed out to show them. The taxi-bus is 10RMB pp per ride and you can flag them down anywhere on the streets they are allowed on, but they may not want to go where you want to go, so just flag another one until you get one that agrees. You scan the drivers QR code to pay. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Pingyao Yunshu Inn.

I usually never leave a review, but I wanted to share that the people whom work here are very kind! I arrived in the middle of the night and they suggested to pick me up from the trainstation. Upon arrival I received several free items (toothbrush, flipflops, sleeping mask etc). There are clean towels that you can use, soap/shampoo is also present. The room was very clean and the public area is very big. I was travelling alone but I saw that there were many games and options to watch tv etc. When asking for help for which bus to take, they offered to being me to the nearest busstation by car. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you for the kindness and all the help!

住過七八家青旅後，這家治好了我的選擇困難症！ 這家新開的青旅真的超級超級nice！下面看我娓娓道來 設施：床鋪很大（林林總總住過10餘家青旅，這家親測TOP1️⃣，再也不用擔心睡覺時候把插座打掉了，誰懂這個痛點啊！）、設計超貼心💡，床頭的格子夠高，能隨手放置很多東西 衞生：衞生環境無敵，乾濕分離做的超好，所以清掃工作也很方便就能開展，也不用擔心陰暗的角落！ 男女入門就分宿，安全感拉滿，（就像是洗浴中心那種），公共區域超級多的桌椅和酒水，滿足交友的一切願望！ 服務：老闆人超級無敵好，你要是感興趣還能讓他教你大同方言！ 環境：地理位置步行直達古城🚶，每次回去倒頭就睡，真的超舒服 電器和相關設備堪比五星級。蒸蛋器，微波爐，電吹風，洗衣機…有好多我都是第一次在青旅裏面看到的，真的超級貼心！一定要自己來體驗一下！ 這裏還能租用拍立得！ccd！pocket3！還能和青旅室友們一起組團搭車… 還有超級多的細節等着你自己來發現！我真的超級推薦這裏。 每個細節都寫着”用心”——真的真的不好住算我輸！

A beautiful guesthouse, the rooms are beautiful too. Bed is big and comfy, very clean and the bathroom is modern despite how traditional the building is. Also has great heating if desired. The family that runs the guesthouse is so so sweet. Their food is also delicious and a great option for a quick breakfast (the buns are to die for). Excellent location. All in all would definitely come back and recommend this place.

超出預期的一次入住！酒店裝修簡約大氣，衞生細節拉滿，衞生間乾濕分離。早餐種類豐富美味，服務人員態度温柔，隔音效果也不錯，安靜不吵鬧，強烈推薦！

This place lives up to its name. ψ (｀∇´)ψ is a studio apartment-style room with convenient access to scenic spots and easy takeout! Maybe it's new? It's quite clean. It has all the amenities you could imagine, and even disposable towels, bath towels, toiletries, and toilet seats are all included! The bathroom has a washing machine, and the closet has hangers, so even a quick wash is enough. There's a knife-cut noodle shop right next to the door, and you can order takeout right from your room. The door has a code, and takeout can go in the elevator. The only thing is a 100 yuan deposit, but it's refunded quickly.

Newly opened, newly renovated, very comfortable

Este é um hotel com uma ótima relação custo-benefício. O preço não é muito alto. O chefe é consciencioso. Já fiquei aqui muitas vezes e sou um morador antigo. Hahaha. Quando fui ficar aqui este ano, descobri que eles tinham adicionado leite de boa noite, escovas de dentes e chinelos. O banheiro também estava muito limpo. Como minha avó estava hospitalizada e teve que sair durante minha estadia, o chefe que fez a reserva também me devolveu o dinheiro com muita alegria. Agradeço ao chefe e a todos os funcionários pelos esforços. Desejo a todos o melhor.

Desta vez, eu estava em uma viagem de negócios e levei meus filhos para um passeio em Datong. Fiquei no Gongchen Hotel. O ambiente e a higiene eram muito bons. Em particular, a equipe foi muito boa e prestou um serviço muito atencioso. Eles me ajudaram a cuidar dos meus filhos quando eu saía sozinha. As crianças também gostavam de morar aqui. A localização é muito conveniente. Você pode caminhar diretamente até a Muralha dos Nove Dragões do Templo Huayan. Ao lado, há deliciosos macarrões de tofu e de miúdos de carneiro. Eles têm um sabor muito bom. Ficarei aqui novamente na próxima vez que vier para viajar + trabalhar
