The hotel staff helped us a lot, some rooms are better than others, we had a few problems with the room and friendly and kind staff assisted us with changing the rooms , I think this place have a huge potential but need a little room fixing , eventually the one we got was clean and nice so I thank the hotel stuff for that

Dust accumulated on the range hood, and even spider webs, tablecloths that looked like they had never been washed, stains everywhere, and beds that didn't have any cushions at all. I've been on quite a few trips, but this was one of the three worst places I've stayed. I hope I'm the only one who was unlucky enough to get into a bad place.

Review only for female room: PROS: - the room is very clean and new with good space, large window make the room bright. - the bed has curtain to keep privacy, outlet to charge phone, a bed light. - the luggage locker inside the room match for each occupant - the shower room is outside on one side of hallway with 4 units. The Hot/cold water supply is good and strong, no accumulated water near drain on the floor. The shampoo and the shower gel are provided. - the bathroom is outside on another side of hallway. The clean is ok, - location is good CONS: - No elevator . Need to carry luggage to the 4th floor if your are in females rooms. - The locker is small, can only hold one carry on. Can’t put in 2nd backpack. - It seems a little tight for the whole floor just one bathroom.

Hotel was clean , everything there works like the air conditioner, hot water and bathroom is clean. Owner of hotel is super helpful and helped out a lot even when I got lost the provided free pick up and the also help with air port pick up and drop offs for free. Location is not that great it’s like an industrial area but all hotels around the area are in the same location. Great place to stay if you’re traveling and using Wuhan Tianhe airport.

Check in was fast and there is a tour desk on the ground floor I will definitely come back.
