Staff were helpful despite the language barrier, they were very kind when i used translate app to communicate. There was an unpleasent smell coming out of the toilet With the free airport service it only took 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also there was a convenience store right next to the hotel which is useful. Note: Make sure you bring a Chinese travel adapter for your chargers, the room had one but it was 80 yuan.

The service was excellent. Despite it being my first stay, the landlady was incredibly kind and welcoming, radiating local charm. The room was spotless and tidy, the bed was comfortable and soft, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support and softness. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the staff were warm, friendly, and always responsive to guests' needs. From patient guidance during check-in to the attentive service of the room attendants, the most thoughtful touch was the airport pick-up and drop-off service – the driver was quick and his service was impeccable.

One of the best rooms I stayed at. It has a modern and new interior, especially the floor is beautiful. A little more care and attention by cleaning (window, shower glass enclosures, walls...) every few months and it would look like a 4 star room. The view is beautiful as well as the place by the window. Location isn't the best but close to metro, no big deal. Food and vegetables are easy to find nearby, the grocery is even in the same building. PS: the location at the Trip and maps has to be fixed, it does show building 1 instead of 2. But the written location is right though. The reception is on floor 13, use the elevator for visitors.

Overall it's very clean. For the price, it's very cost-effective. It's the most cost-effective hotel I've ever stayed in. It's soundproof and hygienic. It feels like I'm at home. I didn't even dare to go in. believe. At this price, you can live in a house like this, and disposable towels and bath towels and two bottles of water are free. I was really surprised. It’s just far away from the train station haha. Everything else is quite satisfactory and I gave it a five-star rating.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's affordable, clean, and very comfortable. The hot water was great too. It was surprisingly quiet at night. I've stayed at several places in Luoyang, and this one is by far the best – such amazing value! I regret not booking it earlier. I highly recommend it! I even wonder how the owner makes a profit at this price. I had a hanfu photoshoot during the day and forgot my facial cleanser at my last guesthouse. I went out to buy some at night, but because it was so late, I searched everywhere and couldn't find any. When I came back, I discovered the front desk had a supply of women's toiletries – how incredibly thoughtful! This is a truly excellent hotel. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Luoyang!

It was a really enjoyable stay: the location is very central and the subway line is only 2 mins walk away. So from the high speed line it will take you approximately 50 mins to reach the hotel. Taxi is sometimes not even fast - the price of the subway is unbeatable low compared to the taxi. The room was very clean, quiet and ideal for a couple of days. The owner was very kind and even helped with the laundry. Wi-Fi connection was top. Around the hotel you‘ll find loads of traditional restaurants, Cafés and supermarkets. A hidden gem, which I highly recommend.

Facilities: Very good. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Excellent. Service: The owner is super nice and the front desk service is also great. Worth recommending. I loved the transport options; definitely worth recommending to come and try, I genuinely recommend it.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby, making it very convenient for both travel and dining. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and toiletries were provided. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted good. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The room price is cheap, the surrounding food and drink is convenient, the health is still clean, the environment is poor sound insulation, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. In short, the price/performance ratio is OK (that is, the price is cheap).

Environment: There's a food street around the hotel, so you can buy lots of delicious food. Service: Still quite professional and enthusiastic.
