Grande localização!Ficou aqui por várias noites EM julho.O hospedeiro FOI incrivelmente útil fornecendo UMA lista de restaurantes vizinhos, ajudando com a minha bagagem Na escada, e até Mesmo VEIO acima e para além para me ajudar a enviar UMA parcela local. Eles também armazenaram minha mala grande enquanto EU estive EM cidades próximas.

First a warning, this is not a hotel but more like an AirBnB. So if you are looking for hotel services such as a reception, lounge, breakfast, etc, it is not for you. Once you arrive you need to ask two ladies there at the entrance to contact the owners of the place to come and give you the code, etc. Rather unusual experience but it works. Having this clear, this is a very good option for accommodation in Xiamen. The most magnificent part is the amazing view. The same view that the 5 star Conrad hotel has next door for one fifth of the cost. The place is ulta clean which is the second best thing. Sparking clean and very well designed room. The battub in front of the window gives you an unforgottable experience. You can open a bottle of wine or make tea and enjoy bathing looking scenery for hours. Next thing is very good service, when I requested couple of things they came to my room rather quickly and helped with my request with a very positive attitude. Finally, it is very good for money, the location is great for this price. You are literally next door to one of the most luxurious hotels of Xiamen. There are many dining opportunities of middle level around and you are also close to the ferry port for the Gunggu island. Last, I want to give some recommendations to the owners: the onlyt thing i can criticse is the lack of a portable thing for hanging my clothes. The hangers on the walls were not enough. Next, it would be great if you would leave couple of tea bags and maybe also instant coffee in the room. It would cost you little and would make the guests stay in the room rather than going out for it. You can also modernise the airconditioner output. It is fine as it is but could be more aesthetic and also better controllable. A little desk (in addition to a portable dress hanger) would also make you attract business travellers. Overall I recommend the place and I would stay here again next time.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The location is very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s close to the airport. They do offer pick and drop service, which was helpful during my previous visit. However, this time the pickup was not as efficient—the driver asked me to wait too long, so I eventually opted to take a taxi instead. The staff is generally good, but there’s room for improvement in terms of friendliness and approachability. Overall, a decent experience, but some aspects could be better managed.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須認真推薦！酒店位置便利，出行和用餐都很方便，周邊環境安靜舒適。一進大堂就感覺乾淨整潔，前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住效率高，態度温柔又有耐心。 房間裝修簡約大氣，採光和視野都很好，床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別安穩。衞生做得非常細緻，角落都乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，用品齊全且品質不錯。 酒店整體設施維護得很好，隔音效果佳，完全不吵。保潔和服務響應都很及時，有求必應，讓人覺得貼心又放心。 無論是出差還是旅行，這裏都很合適。性價比高、服務好、環境舒心，住得特別滿意，下次來還會選擇這家，也真心推薦給大家！

Não, MAS é o melhor hotel a este preço, comparo mais 2 lugares com o mesmo preço, mas a revisão e as fotos são assustadores, conclusão, se você está fazendo um viagem orçamental, este é o lugar certo para ficar, é correto e limpo, Não consigo ter qualquer erupção ou doença, o proprietário responde muito rapidamente e a guia é muito clara, onde você precisa ir, como ir para dentro da sala, como conectar ao wifi, como se registrar, e IVA i estender a minha estadia, mas com ******* aplicação, Eu vou lá fora e peço limpeza, quando EU vou de Volta para SUA limpeza e minha bagagem é segura.Amo este Lugar 👍👍

Hotel is in a residence area I supposed. So don’t expect hotel facilities and fit out. Shower is ok. But the water will splash out as it’s only separated by a flimsy curtain. There’s a pipe in the toilet ceiling that leaks very loudly. Already feedback to the owner. He said he will fix the pipe with a longer one. They provide disposable towel. So bring your own if you mind. Basic toothbrush and other toiletries are provided. But shampoo isn’t great. Feels like the cheap kind. Has one washing machine in a lone lobby. Works ok. Good for one night stay if you are watching a concert nearby.

The hotel is good, but a little hard to find rhe people were very friendly overall a good stay close to the station

Living is very comfortable, the room is clean and quiet, and the rest is particularly good. The front desk has a good attitude, good work, security is in place, convenient travel around, comfortable and clean environment, it is very worry-free to live here on business, and the overall experience is superb.

Hotel propre avec un service agréable. Ont été très réactif pour réparer la porte de la douche qui s'ouvrait mal.

The receptionist was very nice and happily refilled our empty water bottle. The room itself was nice, quite generic, with the usual kettle, hair dryer, and some free tea samples. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was working well as well. The only issue was that there was a big clump of hair left in the shower when we arrived. It is no big deal, but it does give a bad first impression. The hotel itself is walking distance from a renovated pedestrian old street that is quite popular with tourists.
