The hotel is fine but the customer service is not good. My 28inch luggage was lost at hotel bus due to their fault and so far no follow up and not a single word from the hotel. Being ignored and neglected from the hotel. Feel bad and sad!!!!!!!!!

O Lion Vermelho de Wenatchee era UMA excelente escolha orçamental, enquanto era um pouco velho, tudo estava funcionando e o pessoal estava muito útil e amável.Os comboios estavam um pouco ruidosos à noite, porque as pistas de comboio estão por trás do hotel. A piscina e o tubo de calor estavam abertos e mantidos bastante bem.O pequeno-almoço era um buffet decente.

The hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!

Tudo é Muito satisfatório.As instalações de alojamento, serviços, higiene, etc. são boas, e o pequeno-almoço também é bom.Estava preocupado com os ursos, MAS havia lugares suficientes no pátio Quando fomos, então não foram afetados.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

We stayed 4days @Executive hotel coming from Vancouver. We checked in Aug.14th with Israel who was so nice, friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel as our booked tours listed this also as pick up point. The hotel is conveniently located downtown near Seattle Public Library. Eateries are nearby & walking distance to St. James Catholic Church. We had a good size, comfortable room with street view. Housekeepers were great & made sure we had what we needed. Great experience in this hotel. Highly recommend!

If you want a hotel near Seatac, this is the one. My room got upgraded to suite so the space was big with a living room. The breakfast buffet had varieties and is totally worth it. They also have swimming pool and gym.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.
