Os quartos eram apenas razoáveis, nada de especial considerando o preço. Ao fazer o check-in, fiquei chocado com o quarto dilapidado e com um cheiro horrível. Pedi à recepcionista para trocar de quarto imediatamente e ela concordou. O primeiro quarto que me deram ficava de frente para a estação de trem, que era empoeirada e barulhenta. O quarto era extremamente básico, como um albergue.
O café da manhã, no entanto, era incrível. Muitas comodidades e opções. Fiquei muito satisfeito com o Wi-Fi rápido, pois trabalho remotamente, então uma conexão rápida ajuda bastante. Voltaria? Não.
Outro ponto que preciso destacar é que, após o check-out, o hotel cobra uma taxa para guardar a bagagem. Isso é inaceitável para mim.

Localização muito boa, a apenas 5 minutos a pé da estação central. Hotel muito conveniente e moderno. Boa seleção de café da manhã também.
Provavelmente, o serviço de alguns funcionários pode ser melhorado, de resto, tudo bem.

Hotel limpo, mas o sistema condicional não é amigável com OS usuários, sinto-me frio, MAS não posso ajustar a temperatura facilmente.A localização é conveniente para o tram e os supermaquetes estão em torno

The room was clean but there was a light at sholder height in the middle of the room.
The staff were unfriendly if you have any problems just don't ask them.

AAsnafi NaderThis wonderful hotel is a manor with quite, clean and comfortable rooms with great view (we had two rooms). It is also wonderfully located with a walking distance to the hiking tracks in Kulla Peninsula and a vineyard (we walked to Arilds Vineyard and had a wonderful tour, ate a wonderful dinner and bought some bottles of the locally made wine). The hotel is close (10 minutes car drive) to many sightseeings. We visited Kullen Lighthouse, Naturum, Krapperup Castle’s wonderful garden and cafe, Mölle, etc. The hotel staff is wonderful, the breakfast is great, and there is a gym, a billiard table, a curling play table, football game table, etc. in this hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

AAnonymous UserThe room we stayed was a small room with a bed right by the window so kind of inconvenient. Not much space for those people with big luggage. Basic amenities. However, very good customer services provided by the two lady receptionists are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast had a good variety. Very good location - just minutes away from the Malmo central location which is right opposite & walking distance to the squares, restaurants, & shopping.

GGuest UserVery near to Central station. Very friendly and Helpful receptionist, Mehmet. Was assigned a room getting the direct summer sun and there is no air-conditioning in all the rooms!! Paid extra and changed to their largest and best room but was still stuffy and warm. Mehmet gave us 2 tiny portable fans that helped a bit. Breakfast is good. 24h coffee and tea that you can just hello yourself to at the dining area. Furniture was old and dated. A few design issues that caused a couple of mishaps. Cabinet over toilet sink that leaves you no room to bend over and knocks on heads from the dining table light.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Palm Tree Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and service-oriented, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. While the rooms aren't large, they are well-designed and clean, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection, ensuring that everyone could find something they enjoyed. We also opted to use the Relax service for a massage, which was professionally executed and a perfect way to end our weekend.

GGuest UserThe hotel is an old building with numerous classic features and antique feeling. It is a small but cozy hotel. The reception area and breakfast /dining room are meticulously and we'll decorated. The staff are exceptionally courteous and helpful.
A small thing, this is the only hotel during my 4 weeks stay in Northern Europe that has a serve serve waffle machine for the guests to make their own dessert during 4 - 9 pm each evening. I was impressed.

GGuest UserThe accommodation is clean, quiet, open the back door to a small garden, good weather, breakfast / dinner as well. There are bicycles to borrow to ride in the city to see the view. The accommodation is 2 kilometers walk from the train station. Or you can take a bus from the front of the station, bus line 3

GGuest UserFirst time in Malmo and we came upon this hotel. Love every bit of it. A small room but perfect for us. We reached early and was told to pay $150 for early check in but we find it unreasonable and didn’t proceed with it. However they have a storage that comes with a lock for us to store our luggage while we wait for the check in time. Other than that, the stay was great :)

LLEThe hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station and 3 minutes from the cathedral attractions. Downstairs is a well-known local bar, which is often full at night. The front desk was not on duty during the day, and the afternoon bar was opened for reception. There is a room card in and out of the hotel lobby, which is not accessible outside the guest. The room is quite spacious and the facilities are ok, simple and clean. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, a fried dumpling shop.

AAnonymous UserNot being in the personal check-in system was inconvenient because I could not get the entrance code beforehand, so I needed to call in front of the gate in the cold rain. But staying was comfy and an excellent location to walk to Lund town.
