Well located nice hotel even i believe is in need of an update if they want to keep it up. The matress was absolutely shapeless making it hard to sleep.

Traveling with colleagues. The hotel is recommended by local customers. It is close to the customer's company and the beach. The transportation is convenient. The scenery is beautiful. The service attitude of the staff is also very good. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is also rich.

El internet es muy intermitente y lento, en mi estancia no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y tuvieron que hacer cambio de habitación, el desayuno no es bueno, solamente apenas si cumple, el personal es amable pero las instalaciones se notan deterioradas y faltas de mantenimiento, como última opción pues cumple, lo demás pues no gusta

GGuest UserThis is the best place to stay in Rocky Point! The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable. People on other comments complained that there was no TV in the rooms... I think that is wonderful! I am on vacation and don't need the outside world invading my zen! The pool and hot tub are fantastic and the staff is beyond helpful and kind (especially Efran!). It was quiet, as it is an adult only hotel, so relaxation is easy. They serve a great margarita, shots and snack like foods. One block walk to Manny's and the beach. We will definitely be back to stay!

GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and clean and in a good location. The breakfast was good too. The problem was that my room, #606, was the room closest to the elevator. The walls are obviously not very soundproof….so all morning, all I heard, was “DING-DONG”, every few seconds, when the elevator arrived on the 6th floor…WHY does there have to be a bell 🔔 when the elevator stops on the floor anyway??? I could not sleep!!! How come the hotel cannot figure this out? Surely, I am not the first person to complain about this?
