"This is a new hotel with perfect location to tour the Grand Bazaar and 金泉商城, with a local night market operating in front of the hotel on the weekends. Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room upon request, comfy bed and pre packed light breakfast for our earlier flight the next day. Love Atour for their efficient laundry room, 4 each of wm & dryer, if all are in-use, guests can request for staff to do the laundry. And it comes with shoes cleaning facility which is so convenient after touring any deserts in Xinjiang!"

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment was clean and tidy overall, and the room was spacious and bright. The facilities were complete and new, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The sound insulation was also excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, which made for a very peaceful stay."

"Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing."

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly attentive throughout our visit. They offered a pick-up and drop-off service, welcome snacks, and even outdoor movies and a bonfire in the evenings – a truly delightful surprise! Even better, seeing that we were traveling with a child, the owner proactively upgraded us to a spacious family room. In the morning, we woke up to misty mountain views right from our room and were even lucky enough to spot a colorful 'auspicious cloud' – a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience for the kids! The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a super quiet environment. The wooden cabin aesthetic is perfect, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were also incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions, giving us tons of useful tips for Kanas and must-visit spots, along with advice on what to avoid. As a parting gift, they even gave us a UV-protection umbrella, which came in handy at the Devil's City. I highly recommend this guesthouse, and I hope everyone visiting Kanas has a wonderful vacation too!"
