O hotel é um antigo claustro e é pitoresco, mas não tem elevador e carregar malas é um pouco trabalhoso. O buffet de café da manhã é bem completo, mas mal organizado e eles não repõem o que acaba tão rápido quanto deveriam.
As camas são confortáveis, mas você pode ouvir as pessoas no quarto ao lado e no de cima.

Aproximadamente 15 minutos de carro de Florença. Está disponível estacionamento gratuito, para que você possa estacionar e sair para a cidade por autocarro. O transporte custa 4 euros de viagem redonda, mas é a primeira vez às 10h. A paragem de ônibus é Cerca de 15 minutos a pé, MAS a caminhada é UMA Estrada rural refrescante, por isso é BOM para um passeio, MAS Parece escuro para caminhar por ônibus à noite.As instalações são limpos e a água quente VEM bem e há Muito espaço de estacionamento. Há também um Grande martelo (dentro de 10 minutos por carro) perto.Estou muito satisfeito com o preço.

Óptimo hotel com quartos em diferentes edifícios em toda a aldeia. Muito altos padrões, o pessoal é muito gentil, útil e muito profissional. Foi uma experiência incrível ... Este hotel merece 6/5 ;)))!

É adequado dirigir sozinho, caso contrário você precisará pegar um táxi. Fica a mais de 7 quilômetros da antiga cidade de Montepulciano.
A cidade antiga é muito bonita. Há uma adega milenar que foi convertida de uma antiga igreja. Entre os melhores vinhos da Itália.
Muito adequado para umas férias tranquilas, com piscina.
O hotel dispõe de vinho próprio, podendo marcar uma visita à adega.

Um super hotel. Na entrada de Pisa é fácil chegar a qualquer lugar. Os funcionários do hotel são muito prestativos e educados. Os quartos são limpos, as camas são confortáveis. Wifi é rápido nos quartos. Foi mais lento em outros hotéis. O pequeno-almoço é variado, croissants, donuts, ovos, tipos de queijo, iogurte com fruta, bebidas etc. Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos. Parabéns por um hotel com desempenho de preço perfeito.

GGuest UserI stayed with my aunt and my friend for 2 nights recently; we had 3 beds in the same room, 1 single and 1 double. The hotel had basic amenities - private bathroom which was a little small for me and a TV in the room. We didn't notice a kettle in the room but to be honest, we weren't really bothered since we had paid for the hotel breakfast.
The breakfast had small selection of hot food: eggs and sausages were really good. The coffee machine wasn't working properly but the staff did everything they could to provide espressos for the guests. Speaking of the staff, they were so kind and amazing, The 1st staff we saw was kind enough to mark the local/popular attractions on the map and give us some guidance on what to do and where to go. They also gave us this incentive where we all got free breakfasts for the 2nd day after signing up to the hotel account (or something like that). The only major con about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator and it was noisy all morning and late at night so please if you can, ask for a faraway room!

It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable.
Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.

I cannot believe we actually stayed inside the historic town of Residenza d’Epoca Palazzo Buonaccorsi. It truly felt like stepping back in time.
We booked this place in a rush and honestly didn’t read much about it beforehand. When we arrived in San Gimignano, we were completely stunned by the beauty of the stone buildings and cobbled streets. The entire area feels like a medieval movie scene.
Check-in was officially until 8 pm, but we arrived around 8:30 pm. The owner was incredibly kind and waited for us patiently. She also explained very clearly where we could park the car, which is extremely helpful because driving and parking in historic towns can be tricky.
The whole property is simply gorgeous. The courtyard is beautiful and full of character. Even though our unit was in the attic and required climbing some stairs, it was absolutely part of the charm and experience. There is no lift, but for us it was completely fine.
The decoration throughout the property makes you feel like you are truly living inside history. Every corner reflects the heritage of this place.
The location is fantastic — you can simply walk to the famous squares and restaurants of San Gimignano. It’s also only about 8 minutes away from the world-famous gelato shop, Gelateria Dondoli, which was a highlight of our visit!
What surprised us the most was the size of the apartment. For the price, it is incredible value. The space is huge and includes a kitchen and a lovely attic area.
This was truly one of our best stays in Italy, and it made our experience in San Gimignano even more special. If you want to experience the magic of living inside a medieval town, this place is unforgettable.

LLorianeHotel booked for one night and it was enough! Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Room quite large despite everything. Hotel near the train station, easy to access. BUT room full of mold in the bathroom and near the curtains of the room!!! No ventilation!!! I would not have spent a second night there.

Since I had an early train, the front desk was kind enough to prepare a breakfast box for me. The room key was quite unique, though a bit heavy, so I left it at the front desk when I went out. On the downside, some parts of the hallway had stairs, which was inconvenient with luggage, and the room wasn't soundproof.

The only thing is that it’s not specify on trip.com that the room in not directly a part of the hotel but a room in a building at 4 minutes. The address for the checking is Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy (Hotel royal). We could still enjoy all the services as breakfast, pool and luggage storage. I recommend

WWangxielanchengThe hotel is very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located within a 10 to 15-minute walk of attractions like the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. The next morning, it was less than a 2km walk to the Uffizi Gallery, where we managed to get early bird tickets for 8:15 AM.
The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money and comes highly recommended.
