Service is great and receptionist spoke great English. Room is fine except that ventilation needs improvement.
Location is great with the hotel located near the main streets and of course the beach itself.

I stayed in bologna for a night and chose this hotel as it was low cost and is near Bologna centrale.
Pro - nice clean room, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, Breakfast was very good and only costs 7.5 euro(i bought it in the morning from reception), front desk friendly and helpful.
Cons - Remote area (20 minutes away from city center by taxi) , no toothbrush provided( you can buy it for 1.50 euro from the reception), after 11 the front desk/reception closes and you have to go down and press a button in order to call someone. so i would suggest check all amenities in your room before 11 , the phone in the room was not working and when i asked them to fix. they said they will fix after i will leave(which was weird haha), the hair dryer in the bathroom was huge but less power.
Overall i would not mind staying there again if it is a short stay like 1 or 2 nights as its cheap and if i am just going to hotel to sleep and shower.

Из аэропорта Болоньи есть шатл в Феррару - остановка прямо у отеля. Близко до всех достопримечательностей города. Одноместный номер небольшой, с видом на башни замка герцогов д'Эсте. Есть холодильник, а так все как обычно. Но зеркало только в санузле, хотелось бы и в комнате тоже. На ресепшен очень отзывчивые девушки, помогли с поиском поездов, т.к. была забастовка. Завтрак отличный - и горячее и сладкое, и даже сыр с плесенью, орешки и шоколад. Мне все понравилось. Не работал телевизор (что-то было с антенной) - починили через 5 минут, после того как я сказала об этом.

The hotel is easy to find. Parking outside is free. The gate is closed at 11 o'clock in the evening but there is a card to swipe in and out. There is a pizza restaurant (mo-pizza) on the side. It is very retro and cost-effective.
Hotel breakfast is very good
The room is very comfortable and spacious. The price is super high.

Considering its facility and price, it was a satisfying stay here:
- Not immediately near the city center but by car, it takes only 10 mins which is not bad at all.
- free parking lot is a plus
- breakfast was simple and minimal but included
- room is quite spaceful and modern, based on Italy standard
- kind staff
- and you can open the window
Only down side was you hear everything.
I’ll definitely come back:)

This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes.
Pros:
• Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna.
• Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs.
• Impressive decor and spacious common areas.
• Plenty of parking space.
Cons:
• Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated.
• Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing.
• Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets!
• No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool.
• Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket…
Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

GGuest UserGood location, 10 minutes to the center. 6 minutes to the train station, but the hotel is in an alley and the horrors of the train station were not observed. At the reception they gave us a city map. We were very upset, the room was supposed to have a refrigerator, we bought good cheese, wanted to eat it the next day, and the refrigerator turned out to be completely out of order, the food was gone. MMax LyReally 2 stars, not 3. Very low hotel standards in the area. 5 min walking to the beach, 15 to rail station. 12 euros taxi from rail station. Small room, my big suitcase didn’t fit. Too narrow in the room and shower. Very old hotel and furniture. Breakfast is ok, but not tasty, a bit dry eggs. Nice reception work.

BUT it’s super noisy from Main Street, the place is opposite Bologna’s main hospital, and the walls are super thin…I hear my neighbors conversations, sneeze, cough, etc.
WiFi was unreliable. Gotta ask B&B staff to set up TV. Two nights without bath towels replacement, I got one body towel and one facial/hair towel for a triple room.
Bring high quality earplugs with you…it’s worse than Manhattan.

GGuest UserThe hotel is so close, opposite to Rimini Train Station. I was able to find it without using Google Map. The bus stop for boarding the bus to San Marino is just outside the hotel. Fortunately the hotel serves breakfast from 7.30am. I was able to catch the 8.10am bus after having a quick breakfast. It took me 15-20 mins to walk to the beach. On the way after a subway, there's a Carrefour Express 5 mins away from the hotel.
I chose the room with a shower instead of a bath. I was surprised to find a fridge in the room. The curtains were a bit thin (see through) though.

People should be paid to go to Italy and even more to the run down thiefs' den that is Modena.
Yet there are ones going there to whatch people racing with completely useless cars and some fo those may anjoy the set-up of one of the rooms...
So, if along your penitence path to redemption you happen to be in Moden, I strongly suggest wasting your money at this place much better than similarly priced other ones.

PPiet2Its a simple hotel, a few minutes walking from the trainstation. The rooms are very basic but i excepted that, it was cold in the room but in the 5 places we stayed in Italy, only 1 was warm in november, so i think that's normal...
Blankets, towels, floor, toilet, washing basin et cetera was all clean. Some dust on the radiator in the shower and the seams in the small shower cabin were not really clean.
The breakfast and the cappuccino's were all very good and the guy serving them was very nice.

SSeedsB&B never fails me in providing a good sleep. Their bed and pillows are super comfortable. The staff are super helpful and trying their best to full fill our special requests. The breakfast though has limited choices, but they are all fresh made. The hotel is not the newest, there are some places in detail need to be fixed, it does not affect my experience. This hotel is practical, knowing what is their focus. I always choose this brand in every country I travel and will keep doing so.
