Huge breakfast buffet with lot of options. Very attentive staff, in reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Highly recommended."

"The stay was pleasant. Staff were really helpful and courteous. Every time you go out of your room or meet any of the hotel staff they would greet you with a smile Housekeeping guy Salman made sure the rooms were daily cleaned and well maintained. You can order food and they would deliver it to your room with cutleries without being asked. It had pretty good lighting, a comfortable work table. Comfy bed. Mini fridge where u can stuff ur drinks n snacks A cute sliding door which opens to a small balcony. Good for smokers I would say. Complimentary breakfast is a good spread of delicious food. I would definitely come here again. "

"Stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. Took the private pool villa and a premium king bed room. Both were attached to each other. It is a good combination for 2 couples. Price is ok for the experience. Food was excellent. King fish tawa fry was exceptional. Location is 10 km from NH66. The route via college road is less crowded. Rooms are great. Quality of accessories are good. Craftsmanship is remarkable. The service was good. The employees are polite, humble, on time, ... Didn’t use the beach as we were travelling full day. "

"The hotel was at good location The room as was expected. It was well organized, well maintained and specious . The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, few things expected from the hotel that charge so much, like shower cabinet was not clean , mirror had spots, overall cleaning looked compromised. Hair dryer is missing , and the one provided was loose wires and missing switch . The breakfast is cold , if you dont go early . It is not kept warm after it is cooked."

"I would only recommend this hotel for short stays—definitely not for anything more than 2 nights. My 8-night experience had several issues that made it far from comfortable for a longer stay. From the start, there were small issues that should have been easily resolved but weren’t. The chair in my room was broken and never replaced. The in-room safe was locked, and when I requested help, I was told that the previous guest had locked it. I found it strange that the hotel didn’t have a master key or a proper way to reset the safe—it’s basic hotel management. There were also a couple of mini cockroaches spotted in the toilet. While I only saw two or three during my entire stay and the room was generally clean, it still points to a lack of proper pest control. A major letdown was the lack of water heaters throughout the hotel. This is a basic amenity, and after checking, I found that all the neighbouring hotels do offer hot water for bathing. It’s quite disappointing and uncomfortable, especially when staying for multiple nights. Breakfast was another area that needed improvement. It’s not a buffet or continental spread as one might expect, but rather a limited Indian breakfast menu. Even when there were only two guests, the wait time was 15–30 minutes for a simple meal. The taste was very good, though, so that deserves some credit. Location-wise, there’s a McDonald’s and a fantastic mandi restaurant called Al Zara just a 5-minute walk away, which was a plus. The staff are generally quiet and keep to themselves, although the receptionist usually greeted me, which was nice. However, the checkout experience really soured my impression. I had a night flight and went to the office during the day, so I checked out in the morning and asked to store my luggage. Shockingly, there was no proper storage room. I was just told to leave my luggage near the small reception counter, which felt extremely unsafe—especially since the receptionist isn’t always there. While they mentioned a CCTV was present, it’s a huge risk if something were to go wrong. Later that evening, I came back to collect my luggage and asked for a toothbrush to freshen up before my flight. To my shock, the receptionist and housekeeping actually discussed whether they should charge me for it—even though I only requested a replacement toothbrush once during my entire 8-night stay. Thankfully, they didn’t charge in the end, but the fact that it was even up for discussion left a bad taste. All in all, while the hotel had some good points like the food taste and room cleanliness, the lack of basic amenities, poor after-checkout hospitality, and questionable service decisions make it hard for me to recommend this place—especially for longer stays."
