Hotéis 3-Star em Saarland, Germany

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der Stadt, aber in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß dort. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Die Zimmer ausreichend groß und das Bad ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist sauber, was auch für die Zimmer zutrifft. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer haben und bekamen dies auch) Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, wobei die Qualität der Wurst und des Käse gerne etwas besser sein dürfte. Wir waren mit dem Hotel im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden, zumal es auch, im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Umgebung, preiswert ist.

Good Facilities, But Service Was Incredibly Disappointing The living conditions and amenities are good, but the service I received was a major disappointment and completely disrupted my plans. This is why I feel my spending of time and money was a waste, which is reflected in my low rating. My problems started with the check-in. I completed the online check-in successfully, but I could not get my access code. I was forced to wait for over an hour at the train station while trying to resolve this. I was stuck in a frustrating loop with a chatbot that kept insisting the code was in my booking details (it was not). Only after I finally managed to reach a real person was the access code sent to me. To make matters worse, I was then informed that a serviceman would need to enter my room for repairs the next day between 10 AM and 2 PM. I was shocked by this, especially since I had an important work video call scheduled for that exact time. This forced me to find a quiet café to work from, leading to additional expenses. My rating for service and confidentiality is very low. The lack of communication and respect for a guest's privacy and schedule is unacceptable.

Hotel liegt sehr günstig. In der Nähe befindet sich das Saarpark-Einkaufscenter und Decathlon mit Fitnessstudio. Hotel hat kein Restaurant allerdings gute Bars und Restaurants wie das Stumm's Brauhaus fussläufig erreichbar. Frühstück im Hotel mit guter Auswahl. Kleine Bar an der Rezeption. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Zimmer sauber und gut ausgestattet. Matratzen bequem. Hotel kann ich empfehlen.

Me hospedei aqui para assistir a um jogo do Fan Zhendong na Bundesliga. Muitos torcedores e moradores locais se hospedam aqui devido à sua localização conveniente perto da estação de trem. O café da manhã está incluído. O quarto é realmente muito pequeno, sem escrivaninha ou algo do tipo. Há duas mesinhas ao lado da cama para colocar celulares e carregar dispositivos. Artigos de higiene pessoal básicos e chinelos não são fornecidos. Isso é típico na Alemanha? O pior foi a falta de iluminação principal; o quarto estava muito escuro. Tive que ajustar os abajures para iluminar um pouco mais. De resto, tudo ótimo. Não tive o problema com o guarda-volumes que algumas pessoas mencionaram; guardei minha bagagem pela manhã, tanto no dia da chegada quanto no da partida. Os funcionários da recepção também foram muito simpáticos. Com certeza, escolheria este lugar novamente na próxima vez que vier assistir a um jogo.

Blieben nur 1 Nacht da, haben uns aber sehr über die super sympathische Dame an der Rezeption gefreut und das kostenloses Wasser & Tee im Zimmer. Fernseher hatten sogar Netflix, da können sich andere Hotels eine Scheibe von abschneiden! Bett war 140x200 im Kompaktzimmer; Zimmer smart eingerichtet und geschnitten. Matratze sehr weich.

Accueil correct. Chambre assez propre avec grand TV, bouilloire et fauteuil. Pas de coffre-fort, ni de mini-frigo. Salle d’eau avec douche et sèche-cheveux. Climatisation silencieuse. Pas de gym, ni piscine. Parking payant! Environnement bruyant (passage du tram + travaux sur la voie publique). Petit-déjeuner (classique) assez correct. Le ménage quotidien n’est pas fait, sauf demande à la Réception. Hôtel situé à environ 20 min à pied de centre ville.

Das Hotel ist okay. Praktisch wenig gemütlich. Einfach ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Im Bad gab es leider nur zwei große Handtücher am Waschbecken gab es kein kleines Handtuch nichts. Das war leider etwas wenig, wenn in der Dusche komplett undicht ist.

Delightful welcome - made to feel at ease. Spotless room with balcony: plenty of space. Bottle of water waiting.  The nearest thing to a niggle is that I prefer a hard mattress, but I realise that I am in a minority… Superb breakfast - as good as any I have enjoyed.
